One of the best Zelda games that many people missed out on because it's on handheld device. Deserves a Switch port after the 3DS is discontinued.

I don’t want the 3DS (specifically the n3DS) to be discontinued. It’s such a good system.
Don't worry, I'm pretty sure the 3DS still has at least a year or two left, maybe longer. It's very popular in Japan, and being even more portable than the Switch should keep it alive for a good while yet.

I'm so glad Link Between Worlds still has some of the same gamebreaking type bugs that Link to The Past has that are useful for speedrunning.
A link between worlds is the first Zelda game I’ve ever played, and I still think it’s one of the best out there, with lots of amazing and funny characters and great story!
The Power Glove skip is one of the easier skips in the game but I've never managed to pull it off. It always amazes me how good these runners are at what they do!
at the end credits, it should be mentioned that satoru iwata is no longer with us.

I beat this game in about 4 days, not because I was fast but because I couldn’t put it down.

one of my favorite things about speedruns of this game is that you spend almost as much time in the first part of the game (from the start of the game to the first time in lorule) as you do in the second part, which has way more dungeons and things. glitches in this game are crazy

Next one will be on January 6. It will be a full week of speedruns.
Normally it happens in Summer and Winter. This is a mini-event thing they held at the end of October. If you check up on GDQ's website around the start of December and May, they usually have the dates by then.
AGDQ will be January 6-13, 2019 according to their website. I have no idea when this event was broadcast :/ didn't even know it happened until these videos
