Got ya thanks I havent driven a manuel since 2016 so its been a minute. Hopefully they road test in an auto at the Jacksonville terminal. You seem to really like this company which is encouraging to jump on if they offer me a job.
@@mikeq922 tbh tho they’re starting to phase them out HOWEVER they still have them, but you have a higher chance of driving an auto vs 10spd As far as the road test it’s a strong possibility that it was be in a 10spd,they want you to be able to drive one just in case you get placed into one,as long as you don’t have a restriction you’ll be fine
@@mikeq922 when I came to sefl I was rusty at driving a 10spd so they let me practice around the yard before the test, stalling and grinding gears will not fail you,as long as u can make it back to the yard you’ll pass it
Ah ok that sounds pretty good. I remember Saia back in 2017 gave me a hard time cuz it was a 10 sp road test so I eventually went with Averitt OTR for about a yr in 2018 never got local but also keeping then open too. I did call the SEFL terminal he said my app was in review so I'll hope for the best. Thanks for the info it'll be awesome to land an hourly gig that's worth while.
@@Trucker__Dee yeah true I got to see if anybody is in the program,PT dock work isn’t getting the bag exactly😂😂n I’ve talked to some of the line haul and P&D and they LIVING…which run you do if u don’t mind me asking
Wassup fellow coworker I’m almost certain they’ve seen these videos by now, they already got on to another TH-camr that runs city in MPS but I see why they shut him down (he was showing the customers freight etc) my footage is all hands free and spoken on in a positive light
I'm a linehaul driver for OD. Great money, no dock work. This is my first year, and I'm getting close to 100k
Line haul is great! Really good money. Easy work.
It really is!
I’m a regular dock worker drive forklift I get paid 27.75 the money is good
Where are you located? Im in Memphis. I have all endorsements, but only flatbed experience, 9 months.
Hoping to get on with SEFL out of Jax. Wondering if they have all automatics trucks?
Mixture of both

Welp, good thing i didnt get my hopes up😂
Never give up
Say bro did u have to do the driver trainee program even if you had your CDL
No
Ok been working the inbound dock at WAT terminal lol trying to get that P&D spot…its level to this
@@finessekamp but since u have your license u should be able to transition as long as there are no current drivers in the program

As a fellow SEFL driver, you might not want to film while driving. Saftey does look at youtube for bad driving posts.

@@Trucker__Dee I gotcha on the hands free.
Valdosta terminal up in here✊️
Gotta keep trying 😂 they are who I really want go to since YRC shut down. Also XPO sucks…
Just keep trying. I had no LTL experience and got hired on to linehaul off the street
Man we know what seniority mean! Just get through the video! 😂
😂😂 I have a wide range audience so gotta be thorough
So you need haz, tank, and doubles?
Correct
I just applied for line haul driver what city you out of ?
West atl
Ok that's the terminal I just applied to hope I get a call I work 6 days a week for a large mega carrier now and only bring home 1000 a week
@@Bigzero.Scratcher I’ll be honest with u them 2 openings are going to p&d drivers that want to transition to Linehaul
@Trucker__Dee ok I'll keep trying in the future thanks for the heads up brother 🙏
@@Bigzero.Scratcherand he’s not filling it until may 6th but in most cases they hire within for Linehaul but sometimes they hire outside
