The only two characters you hear make cat noises are Mordecai and Freckle.
Shows they are both a little feral which is why they can kill so easy.

@@gloom-ish I just started reading the comic, but judging by his self confirmed "only defense" of being awkward during romantic moments, he isn't bad at them at all but rather the opposite. After all, he's afraid of automatic weapons because of what HE can do with them. That tells us all we need to know.
In other words, he's a timid boy in the streets, but James Bond in the sheets.
