Hearing Rocky scream "AUGH BEES!" was very cathartic.
Considering the hell Rocky put Freckle through (and continues to do so), he definitely deserved it.
They diffidently have that Blitz and Moxxie dynamic from what I can see.

This reminds me of my own childhood, picking up hibernating snakes, vivisecting a wasp and getting my younger sister stung by the detached stinger, trying to smoke out possums. Ah good times. I will always enjoy how reading your comic makes me feel.

I love whenever we get to see a glimpse into Rocky and Freckle's past. I'm really looking forward to seeing it expanded upon when the comic continues
Seems like there were more shorts than usual this time. Also, Rocky's VA is still rather good at doing a kid voice.
True; a little unnatural, but the amount of effort he puts in it totally makes up for all the complaints (if there are any).

My older brother hit me in the eye with a baseball bat by accident when I was six. I've had 20/400 vision in that eye ever since! 🤓
my brother threw a giant block of ice at my face one time, there was a huge mountain of snow in the cul-de-sac and he was standing on top of it and was holding the ice block which was bigger than my whole head, the asshole just chucked it at me, somehow didn't break my nose but my glasses were destroyed and my whole face was bruised. my mom forced him to buy me a new pair of glasses with his own money, I still have the scar on my nose from my glasses cutting into it.
Could this be? The one comic/game/other media that attempts the "we're doing an animated series now!" jump without starting out as an animated series, and actually follows through and comes out, not just dies in limbo of production hell at the cost of never updating the original material either?

Rocky may had it rough during his childhood, but he managed to look on the bright side of things and tried to convince Freckle to have fun.

I love how Michael brings the characters he voices, to life. His one of my favorite VAs especially with the screaming at 2:15 and the wheeze at 2:26 was top notch. I am really proud of Michael for voicing Rocky!

Never heard of Lackadaisy until I just now watched the animated pilot. I can't wait to dive deeper into this universe.
I remember the side comic where Mitzi asks Rocky how Freckle got his name, and now seeing this side comic just makes me laugh so hard.
The sound design is beautiful, amazing job with the editing too! I love the narrated comics with the voice actors

I was stung by multiple bees because I wanted to see what honey tastes like when I was a child, I had to save myself by jumping into a river and I was high and I fell where there were rocks and it also hurt but it was better that they didn't keep stinging me so I got up and jumped down. where there was water and it saved me, ROCKYY is a boy made of iron haha
I feel like I’ve been in Freckle’s shoes. As a kid, I used to have a cousin who would act…similarly to Rocky and I would just run away.
