The ray gun always used two batteries. The character used to simply toss them both in at the same time instead of checking to make sure they were the right way.

The wunderwaffe sacrificed it's unique reload to be faster which gameplay wise alright but I do miss the old animation.

My complaint with infinite warfare zombies is that since all the weapons are wicked cool future guns/lasers, the wonder weapons don't stand out to me. If you look at the entire sandbox in other games you could point out the one wacky looking gun in the group of simpler looking weapons

I've never really noticed how Advanced the Advanced Warfare wonder weapons look. Even compared to the other wonder weapons featured in settings in the not too distant futures, all the exo zombies wonder weapons are very technological in their design and execution.
I love that tiny detail. They really didn’t have to do that, I mean, how the hell would you even hear it in-game with all the zombies and sounds going on? And yet they still added the sound of the bulbs shattering on the ground.

I'm not a huge fan of Call of Duty but after watching this video, am I the only one that would like a video game where your just using all the Wonder Weapons and a just few ballistics weapons from the COD: zombies' series maybe set the game in some dark fantasy-BioShock type setting or something like that
A cute detail here is that the venom-z reload is done in the boss fight arena. This is cool because it shows that the quest to upgrade the venom X in beast from beyond is so terrible, that nobody wants to waste their time doing it!
COD: WW2, even though I haven't played it, is one of my favorite games out there because other than BO1, it's the only actually popular franchise-born game I know to change textures to a fiery, burning ash effect on the soldiers when they are burnt, whether it be a molotov, a flamethrower (my favorite), or even Dragon's Breath shotguns.
Actually, WAW might have had texture changes in campaign when burning someone. And if your wondering, "Sawrunner, where the hell did the textures change in BO1!?". And if so, there is one map where you can pick up an AK47 with an underbarrel flamethrower, and for the short time you have it, you can burn the Vietnamese soldiers.
The raygun from black ops 1 will always be my favorite I just love how the running animation has it bounce from left to right also the older reload animation is something I would pay for in newer cods

Thank you for actually showing the evolution of the guns from game to game rather that showing all wonder weapons in W@W, followed by B01, etc. Also, I just noticed, it's so weird how Vanguard still has the figure 8 style weapon sway like pre-MW19 games. Pretty sure Vanguard's multiplayer/other guns don't do this.
its funny how ghost and advanced warfare are the only ones to have a wonder weapon in multiplayer, venom x (easter egg) and Cel-3 cauterizer (crates drops only), if your gonna say waw-bo1 is the first to use wonder weapons to be used, but thats only in campaign and not multiplayer but some cod players treat the CEL-3 as a regular shotgun and not a wonder weapon, i still class it as a wonder weapon and it wasnt released in multiplayer until the end of its cycle
Idk if it’s ever bothered anyone else but I hate the raygun reload delay after the ammo is inserted. There have been countless times I’m getting overwhelmed by a hoard and I’m reloading but start sprinting just a second too early and it doesn’t count my reload
Further adding onto this, it can be one of the first launchers that comes with attachments, these attachments being the various versions of the Venom X, The Venom FX would be like a stronger Molotov, as well as being explosive, The Venom EX would be better suited to Machinery, such as Sentry Turrets, Guardians, Wheelsons, XS1 Goliaths, Dragonfires, Hawk X3’s, the normal Venom X would act as a general all rounder, it doesn’t stand out in any fields, but it also doesn’t underperform in any fields, aside from air, as for the turret version, I still have to think whether or not that would even be a viable, not too overpowered, but also not too underpowered attachment.
I have a theory that the reason the raygun has two batteries is one is thorium and the other is plutonium they both are only radioactive with each other And the design for the winters howl the bo1 version has liquid nitrogen as the ammo and the bo4 version has liquid oxygen

For cod zombies ww2, the easiest wonder weapon is the light green one, the rest of the colors need timing and running around the map, but this green one is just training zombies, kill zombies with a landmine, shoot a statue’s head, grab big battery and grab weapon

The Fliegerfaust isn't really a wonder weapon, as much it is a last ditch weapon. It was intended as a one man anti-air launcher, as far as I know.

Further adding onto this, it can be one of the first launchers that comes with attachments, these attachments being the various versions of the Venom X, The Venom FX would be like a stronger Molotov, as well as being explosive, The Venom EX would be better suited to Machinery, such as Sentry Turrets, Guardians, Wheelsons, XS1 Goliaths, Dragonfires, Hawk X3’s, the normal Venom X would act as a general all rounder, it doesn’t stand out in any fields, but it also doesn’t underperform in any fields, aside from air, as for the turret version, I still have to think whether or not that would even be a viable, not too overpowered, but also not too underpowered attachment.
The Sword of Barbarossa is still one of the coolest weapons yet, there was so many thing you could do with it.

I have a theory that the reason the raygun has two batteries is one is thorium and the other is plutonium they both are only radioactive with each other
And the design for the winters howl the bo1 version has liquid nitrogen as the ammo and the bo4 version has liquid oxygen

Just now realizing that the weapon on the last Extinction map. It's name is the NX-1 Disruptor. The Neversoft CoD is called NX1. So maybe someone or some people at Neversoft decided to do that as a little nod.

For cod zombies ww2, the easiest wonder weapon is the light green one, the rest of the colors need timing and running around the map, but this green one is just training zombies, kill zombies with a landmine, shoot a statue’s head, grab big battery and grab weapon
Anyone else notice that small details in the bo3 wonderwaffe reload you could actually hear the light bulbs hitting the ground and breaking
