hint of advice clean the screens while you're next to the window you're cleaning, windows are all different sizes and figuring out where they go wastes way too much time.

Window cleaning can also be seasonal..... but you CAN do it year round just like landscaping by building accounts. I suggest doing it all. Landscaping - gutter cleaning - duct cleaning - window cleaning and even pool cleaning... after would add pressure washing. All of those things can create many very lucrative company's.

Also how do you get the bigger chain accounts? You’re only dealing with the store manager. What do other companies on here do to get those bigger clients with multiple storefronts?

You need to leave Michigan and head out to Arizona. There are so many new communities going up HOA's needing landscape companies. Winter 70 degrees and summer 115. You work all year round not 3 months like in Michigan. I'm not kidding landscaping is huge i mean huge business here. Total clueless landscapers getting 30 accounts a year no problem.

You sound lazy or your just not good at your job. Can’t make $1000/month from screens?? Lol it’s normal for me to make an extra $4000/per month from ONLY cleaning screens alone. (Aside from what I make from cleaning actual windows) 2 houses per day Mon-Fri, 40 houses per month, with 25 screens on average per house at $4/screen makes me $4k, again….from ONLY screens. Man I hope 4 years later your atleast making that $1k / month on screens lol haha
