- In this video I show you how to easily install the LSL Ergonia clutch and brake levers on a 2020 Indian Scout Bobber! These are the same levers I have on my 2021 Scout Bobber and same easy install.

Nope! 2.5mm allen wrench worked as instructed.

There was red loctite on the head that chipped out with a 2mm hex, but there didn’t appear to be any on the threads.
You should lift the lever before turning the knob. But it works anyway I suppose. Not a bad idea to put some lithium grease in there when it's off either. Very nice quality levers. Nice video :)

Now I know that you can adjust use them with your hands also ,without that plastic notch -all the time .

If you find you need to adjust the clutch engagement zone do you have a video on how to adjust the clutch side to do that?
This post is super, perfect timing as I am about to upgrade mine on a new '23 Scout Bobber ABS. Thank You very much. As a side note, does nay of these 5/10mm hex screws have Torque Specs?
I didn't use any particular torque specs and have had no issues!
Hello the LSL levers are they only in uk or there is a us verson if u have the part numbers for levers thank you
Another good video bro. When you are looking for levers did you select the ones for the scout 1130 ABS or the scout 1130 Bobber?
Great question! I filtered by Scout 1130 Bobber, also confirmed fitment with them via email before ordering.
Also I do have an ABS model
Would you be able to list the part numbers for each lever ? I’ve gone to their website and cannot find the adjustable Red ergonia for 2021 scout Bobber.Thank you and very good instructional video .
200EL64RSWSISI and 200ER68RSWSISI are the part numbers I ordered, not sure which is brake/clutch because the invoice is not in English lol. I believe the last 6 characters are the 3 colors selected. Mine were black/silver/silver. The blue ones installed in the video were on a friend's bike. Hope this helps!

Hey, where did you get the replacement cap from? I can’t seem to order it from Indian official website. They don’t sell it separately now. You have to buy the whole lever kit to get the cap now. Bummer!!!

Haha those are so easy to lose or break. I'm pretty sure you can find a simple replacement at most auto parts stores

Still same as the day I installed them! Not a single issue or any adjustments needed!
Hey Jim, why did you choose the Ergonias over the long (or short) LSL levers?
I knew I wanted something short, but was afraid if I ordered shorty levers they would be too short and I'd not like them. The ergonias gave me that customizable option to set the length myself and I love it.
@@Jimbobbington thanks for the advice, so hard to tell from looking online. Unfortunately I can't find the ergonias here in Australia and will have to order from overseas

I went to their website and they list Scouts up to year 2016 only. Nothing after that. I attempted to send them a contact form asking for help on their levers and their contact form wont go thru. How do you know it will fit what year bike?
I emailed them directly to ensure what I wanted to order would fit. They were pretty responsive and helpful at that time.
Ordered a set of their Long levers for my wife's Scout. She has a 2018 Icon in Sunburst Orange and hopefully these will give her the adjustment to fit her hands better. Thanks for your input and video.@@Jimbobbington
I ordered a set of their Long arms on the 19th of Feb and they should be here in a few more days...LSL was very responsive and fast. Cant wait to see how they fit.

How much closer is the clutch lever installed? I have a small hand and the stock lever is hurting me after 1 hour in the city due to frequently stopping at traffic lights.
When adjusted as short/close as possible, the clutch lever is just under 4cm from the grip at the point in the lever closest to the grip. Hopefully that makes sense and/or helps at all haha

@@Jimbobbington Got it 2 days ago. Put it on today. The caps of the 5mm Allen are going to beak no matter what. I regretted that I didn’t buy the replacements before doing this project. The 10mm head under the clutch lever side of my Scout 60 is really hard to fit the socket in. I think I strip it a little. Gonna to get a new one from the store tomorrow. Other than those 2 little hiccups, the levers works pretty well for my small hand. It may not look closer than the stock levers, but it’s definitely easier to pull. Following your video to do this little modification is so easy. Thanks.

Do I have to buy 2 levers or can I buy one and they come in pirs
You can order just a brake or just a clutch if you want to!

I ordered mine a while back and took about 8 weeks. Jon ordered his more recently and only took 4 weeks.
Hello , always got great vids … good question , you mentioned you had some on your 2021 ? Do you recall the model ? I see multiple like 200-L64RGO etc … I got a scout bobber 2021 abs as well . Tryna fine the right model , part # .
@@royromero8884 200EL64RSWSISI and 200ER68RSWSISI were the exact model numbers I ordered. The also respond pretty quickly via email, as I confirmed with them before ordering that these would fit.
