I LOVE this! I too, have not beeen enamoured with the idea of buying a foil machine. There's the expense of the machine, power, individual platesand then storage issues. This is so much better, multi purpose and a fraction of the cost. Well done!! ❤
These are perfect if you don't have the space or budget for the foiling machines. I love the suggestion to protect the glitter by using the backer sheet. The snowflakes could be used on multiple cards for that touch of bling without being overwhelming. Just a good focal point. Time to put on my thinking cap and open my mind's eye to design some cards.

Jill as usual your videos are amazing! I’m going to have to get off the no more craft shopping wagon and purchase some of these items. A question though about the foil. Can they be used without the stick and shine or a laminator or foil machine of which I have neither. I usually use a glue stick.
Hi Sherron, I've only used the foils with the Stick & Shine so I'm not sure if they will work with a glue stick, but our foils are like foils that also work with foiling machine and laminator so if you've used those successfully with a glue stick, these may also be okay, too. Very cool! Quick question: If you were to emboss, do you prep your card with antistatic powder? I love the simplicity of the foiling! Leaves a beautiful finish and enhances the look of the card❤
Great question, Carla, you can use an antistatic bag if you would like, but it's not required. I would not apply the powder too heavily, though, otherwise it could interact with the stickiness of the Stick & Shine. Happy creating!
I bought my foil machine & the supporting “stuff,” after being on the fence forever. How l wish l had waited, not that l’m throwing shade. The results are beautiful after a learning curve. This method is SO simple with the same gorgeous results. And no storage space required. I can imagine the holiday designs will be awesome. Thanks to @carlapage7957 for asking about using the antistatic powder before using embossing powder.
