Jacquard Dorland's Wax by Jacquard Products is a wax fixative for watercolors. It can be applied with your fingers or a brush, dries clear. Doesn't affect the colors. Dries quickly. The watercolors won't budge. Makes them waterproof.

I add a dab of glue to the watercolor and then mix in the mica powder.
