    As a fat older guy with a heart condition looking to get active I really appreciate your style of down to earth videos.. You really do put so much time and effort into making them and we the public watch them but I know I don't comment or give a thumb as I should. So from me and all the silent people like me who watch and don't comment, I'd like to say a heart felt thank you. Hope you have a great Christmas

    Who knew the glutes could get amnesia? I didn’t, until recently…along with the TVAs and those can be really difficult to awaken! 😳. I really appreciate the outstanding content and education you two provide (along with your humor). Thanks to both of you and all your staff for providing this valuable information on YT!

    It's like you guys are Big Brother watching....lol. I. Actually going through PT for a butt muscle & hip issue where I'm building on all my glutes. This are great exercises that may work for me!

    I was recently in a motorcycle accident that almost costed me my life almost 6 months ago. In result of the accident my left foot was partially amputated(all toes and about another inch). im in the final stages of my recovery process and was just told by my doctor that i will not need to go to PT due to the exercises ive been doing at home. my question is i havent walked in about 6 months what exercises would help me with learning how to walk again and balancing? Thank you guys for all that you do, and thank you guys for all the videos that help people like me get back on their feet/foot haha

    I laughed out loud when Bob says to the last exercise, "It's somewhat functional, too--it's almost like real life..." >:D But seriously, guys, you are the best in educating us folks in how to fix our physical issues and build our bodies up. I just found out my lumbar spine is full of herniated & buldging discs just when I was looking forward to bicycling and weight training again--I guess it will happen, with time & care, but anything that helps me is much appreciated!

    I was told that walking up stairs, or those statue climbers at the gyms, or walking to a bill like in San Francisco is good exercise for glutes.

    I hv radial nerve and median nerve arm pain specially wen get hot in the morning from 10:00am to 3:00pm wen it cold i feel better but wen is hot i can move my left hand down dr

    Could you guys please make a video on when to do static stretching vs dynamic stretching. It is so confusing. In the past at schools we were taught to do static stretching before working out but nowadays they say you need to do dynamic stretching before workouts and do static stretching after a workout. Is that right? Thanks

    I wish you would show alternatives to the wall anchors. We have your bands but we have an old home with plaster walls. No where to attach wall anchors. Please don’t suggest the door anchors. We don’t want to damage our 100+ year old doors.

      You can do several exercises with just the hands as well without the wall anchors. We do have videos on this if you search our channel they should come up. I will also add this to our to do list to see if we can come up with some thing!
