I do instant coffee pretty much every day. No time for a french press unless it’s the weekend. Nescafé Classico is a winner! I also have Café Bustelo but only use that once in a while since it’s espresso. It’s good when I got no sleep the previous night - ah, peri menopause. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. *insert sarcasm here* 🤣

Dr. Dray I’m in need of your opinion about use of fulvic mineral facial mist. Is it as promising as it is advertised by locking in moisture, supporting skin firmness and elasticity, helping other skin treatment ingredients to penetrate deeper into skin? I would usually not question those statements, however the pH of this mist is at 7.0-7.8 makes which makes me question any benefits to the skin as our skin always strives to be at 4.5-5.5 pH. What is your take on that?

I adore the way you're enjoying everything and leaving your life to the fullest , guys need your help , advice whatever : I'm a final year medical student and i don't feel well ican't study ,can't focus or even start it's like I'm blocked i can't trust myself or my memory and i don't sleep well , I'm loosing so much time for nothing just on social media . I’ve at least 70 lessons to revise before 20 December because I’ve an exam to do a speciality exam . I'm struggling my life has no goal. At the beginning i was really ambitious i wanted to be an excellent doctor live my life to the fullest enjoy every moment but now I'm stuck . I can't imagine my future what I'm going to do .. i can't focus I'm exhausted all the time .
You’re burned out. Totally normal. This too shall pass. When I was in grad school the only thing I had time to do was to take a long walk once a week. Saturday morning I would walk for about an hour outside on a path that went along a creek and then back home. While walking I would envision my assignments and think through a plan of attack. By the time I got back home I had some clarity and had burned off some nervous energy and could sit down and focus. Just what worked for me.
Sometimes you gotta slow down. Med school and residency are very taxing, but! They. Aren’t. A. Race. If you need to decelerate your studies it’s totally fine.

I hate coffee and pity you and your dependance/addiction/reliance to it. Also it is becoming increasingly bothersome how you are always encouraging morning face washing is not necessary. For some of us its necessary (chronic allergies) just to breath and open ones eyes due to eyes, nose, and mouth leaking fluids and getting encrusted in the night. Sorry, not really wanting to be negative.
You don’t wash off your saliva off your mouth? (I actually noticed you sometimes have perioral dermatitis). Not washing your face in the morning is non-sense and I am surprised you fell for that.
