Lawyer advocating that govt should bring law for short cut divorce. We know how that will be another pro women law…if women need divorce lower court will give it and if men needs it then go to Supreme Court. Lawyers bread and butter will cease if husband harassment will be stopped.
I think the most important point here was about, when things reach to the court..the point made by Remi Kaur, relationship consultant. Things go to court..when everything else has been tried.
The question of property separation can be discussed at the same time. In Australia property claims must be filed within 12 months of divorce. The custody of children and the maintenance of the spouse can be heard at the same time. The law must specify that property and children matters must be settled within 3 years to save time and money. Family Law Act of Australia is a typical example. It also defines defacto relationship (treated as marriage if cohabitation is for 2 yeasr or more).
If only supreme court can grant divorce under section 142, it's very expensive and most important it will still take years to reach there, sidha hi power lower courts ko do nahi toh you are asking people to take law into their hands
Only supreme court has right to declare divorce on this ground. So, How many divorce cases supreme court going to handle everyday?

I am happy that the woman Sheetal Nagar is acknowledging of a tickling biological clock for females. This means inadvertently she is confirming that man and woman are not equal 😆😉
Now on a direct note if she is aware of her tickling biological clock then why the hell she put all those cases on her husband?!!!!
That's blackmailing from her side on the husband for money. And there is no remorse or condensation from the panel or the anchor on the same 😢
So if woman can blackmail man on money, expecting return treatment is fair and justice.
Hope more and more women start using their biological brains and stop putting cases to harass and extort their husbands 😂
Keep laughing when you are actually crying. Women will always have the upper hand in mating deal with it. So yes they are not equal they are clearly more emotionally intelligent. As far as biological clock is concerned, lifelong fertility is not far off. Already IVG is gaining ground.

I retired as a family lawyer. Divorce can be obtained without legal representation about $1500 court fees for both parties.
Why such high cost should not it be free of cost?
The Woman may have filled all the Woman centric law and asked for huge Alimony, this is clear example of Mental Harassement on Men,
Why should man pay Alimony for his abuser or Harasser?
Matrimonial problem always extort money and property the name of women empowerment why always wife empowered husband money and property
Because when you make your wife suffer in marriage, be emotionally unintelligent don’t communicate or share feelings and leave all household chores to her while she’s earning, this is what you get. Deal with it 😂
