- Article 370: The Supreme Court today delivered its verdict on a highly anticipated case with far-reaching consequences: the legality of the Centre's 2019 decision to revoke Article 370 of the Constitution, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Supreme Court upholds the validity of the scrapping of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. The Supreme Court cannot sit in appeal over the decision of the President of India on whether the special circumstances under Article 370 exist. History shows the gradual process of constitutional integration was not going on. It was not as if after 70 years, the Constitution of India was applied in one go. It was a culmination of the integration process. We direct that the restoration of statehood in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall be done at the earliest. We direct that steps be taken by the Election commission to conduct elections of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly by September 30, 2024.

What is the propose of breaking the article 370 just to make sure dt anyone can live permanently in the kashmir.
But the problem is who is gonna to live in the battle zone as we know Pakistan and India have made the jk territory a battlefield.
Even the indian pm can't live there without high security protocols so what about the common people who are wishing to live there cox for dt indian govt should have to give a very High security system for dt a very huge amount is needed while as on the other side china has already entered in the indian territory they have invaded half of the andra pradesh state itx becox our more than 9 lakh army personnels are doing duties inside the valley and on the kashmir border.
