    Hi Mandy. I was wondering... I am currently breastfeeding, and also trying to lose weight while maintaining my milk supply. Is there any supplaments or shakes (like protein shakes) I could add into my diet, or do you not recommend adding something like that?

      This isn't my area of speciality - I would suggest that you find a coach who specialising in it and pose that question to them :-) You can search on social media for 'healthlivingwithdaniella' or 'ashfitmom' as they both are in that specific area :-)
