I appreciate your patience over the last month. I have taken a step back from TH-cam to help my Mom navigate some health issues, but I am so glad to be back with new content for you! Please let me know if you have any specific video topics you would like to see in 2025! I'm looking forward to the New Year! XO - Dani
Happy Holidays Dani and family - so pleased to see you back. Wishing you AND your Mom a blessed and healthy 2025 and beyond. Bless you for your wonderful content and beautiful, radiant smile xox
One thing that has made a huge difference in my healthy eating has been changing the morality language around food. In our house we say fuel food, snack food and treat food vs healthy or unhealthy or good or bad foods. It puts things into perspective and context.
So good to see you back on TH-cam! I hope your mom is doing well. Thanks so much for the great tips! Looking forward to more of your videos. Have a very happy New Year!
Thank you Dani I hope your Mother is doing well you are a very good daughter helping her as you do .❤ Your advice here is so true. Have a wonderful day.🎄☃️🎄🦌☃️🦌
You have the most simple, caring way of explaining such good things we need to do for ourselves. I'm struggling to do this NOT for an event or for someone, BUT DO IT FOR MYSELF. I've started, but your video tonight gave me some good pointers to keep us my healthy lifestyle. Thank you!
I'm so glad it was helpful! And you are not alone - these changes are tricky for most people - that's why I am a big fan of focusing on small, daily habits - this allows you to strengthen each action in a doable way that doesn't feel overwhelming.
Hi Dani, So glad you’re back! Prayers going up for your mom. Thank you for the tips and best wishes to you and your family for a healthy and peaceful New Year! ❤
Your tips are always helpful. The most helpful to me is not keeping your most loved snacks in the home. Make a healthier version at home. Happy New Year to you and your family.🎉
Consider buying a Ninja CREAMi. You can make your protein shake, yogurt bowl, sorbet, cottage cheese "ice cream", etc, freeze it and then cream it to the texture of ice cream. So you could still have your "ice cream" and eat it too 😋 I just got one and can't wait to try it. My goal is to replace a sweet treat late at night with a high protein one. Dani, thank you for another great video! ❤ I hope 2025 is the year for great health goal success for all.
Thank you for all the great advice and tips, Dani! I started to eat pasta as a side dish with protein first with veggies, sometimes added to the pasta. It keeps you full longer and cuts down on cravings. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed New Year! 🎉🤗
That's what I love about you Dani. Great Philosophy. You are so helpful, interesting and a wonderful, Fabulous person! Thank you Coach, my friend. Hugs, love and Many Blessings to you and yours in 2025! 🥂🎉❤
Thank you Dani for your amazing content, tips and practical suggestions, you are an inspiration! And, I hope your Mom is OK. I get it. Keep doing your awesome work!
Dear Dani, I came across a video today that offered a refreshingly honest and realistic perspective. I would be grateful for your assistance. At 47, I'm finding weight loss challenging despite a healthy diet, and I also have a dairy intolerance. Could you please share any weight loss advice tailored for women my age with dairy intolerance? Thank you so much!
The key to weight loss at any age is finding a way to eat in the caloric range that supports weight loss for your body while also feeling satiated and satisfied with your meals - so that you don't always feel hungry. While there is no magic formula - prioritizing protein, fiber, and healthy fats can really help with satiety. Try to focus on meals - and eliminate snacking. Hydration is also key! Are you doing any type of exercise right now? And lastly, notice your biggest obstacles. Do you ever eat emotionally? Snack late at night? Sweet tooth in the afternoon? Often, we try to fix our diets but overlook the habits that create the most significant obstacles! I hope that helps a bit. XO
@@CleanandDeliciousDani “Often we try to fix our diets but overlook the habits that create the most significant obstacles.” That is such a profound statement, I made a screenshot of it. I should put up in neon lights 😆 it goes right along with the point you made, was it #10 “Mindfulness” self-talk/where we are mentally YES, do more on that topic. We all have to eat to survive, and I think having to FOCUS on that, is in and of itself a win, and can lead to other successes. I find it so easy to get distracted we have so much thrown at us from the internet, difficult to avoid. Thank you for the video, I wish your mom well, and great things for all of us in the new year 2025! 🎉God bless!
Thank you Dani! Missed you! I’m trying to lower my cholesterol naturally ( No Statins). I appreciate all your knowledge on fats. I’ve walked away from Mayo, now using Greek yogurt which I love. Completely gave up hard cheeses. Have a new love affair with low fat cottage cheese, especially in scrambled eggs. I have a “ get rid of this food” mindset. I also got into horseradish as a condiment. I am sad to see holidays go by but am looking forward to getting back on track. Been doing lots of research on the cellular aspects with respect to food. kind of scary😮. Do you have any Tofu recipes? Love all your input! (Sorry, too long:)
Love your video. Just want to know how and what do you do if you are on warfarin for your blood. There is so many food that you are not allowed especially here in South africa because of vitamin k in green vegetables. Help as I love berried but it's one of the no no.
I love all of these tips, especially the one about internal dialogue. Thanks for sharing, as usual. I have one question - I started dating someone a few months back, and he doesn't like cottage cheese. Is this a red flag? I need to know if I should run 🤣. Anyway, Happy New Year, Dani!
I missed your videos while you were gone and hope your mom is well. I read the ingredients on LMNT's website, and each of the flavored versions contains Stevie leaf extract, which I strongly dislike because it tastes like artificial sweetener to me. Are there other electrolyte options without Stevie or artificial sweeteners?
Thank you! I am sure there are electrolyte brands that don't have stevia, but I don't know them off the top of my head! I bet you can easily find one with a quick Google search.
I recently realised that after a lifetime of food and weight struggles, I think I have a problem with my satiety, which may be a hormonal issue. My plates can be super healthy and colorful, and i'l be hydrated etc, but I will not "feel" satiated, ie my brain (and sometimes my eyes) say "that's enough", but my body still has enough room for more. I know this cos having fallen pregnant (the ultimate hormonal rollercoaster), for the first time I've felt what it's like for my body to listen to my brain and say, "okay brain, I hear you, I'll stop". As a result, for the first time in my life, at 5 months pregnant, I'm the most comfy in my skin and actually not thinking about food, and now my weight is "falling off". 😮 My worry is that disconnection returning once I've given birth. What do I do? Is there a way to check my "satiety hormone"? Is there such a thing?
I'm always looking for nutritional recipes and ideas. I have no food vice, meaning all my life my food philosophy is it's all turning to poop anyway. Why would anyone want to waste time eating and pooping junk. Eating for pleasure makes no sense to me.
Dani, hope your mom is well❤ This is all great advice. I try to keep the goodies out of the house to keep from eating them. I like the the meal prep & 2 minute meal ideas.

Is eczema really from gut health? I have it under control, with castile soap, etc. This issue started shortly after turning 50.
Family first.

This is something you may want to chat with your doctor about! Perhaps they have a dietitian they can recommend?

I noticed electrolytes are fairly high in sodium. Are they safe for someone with high blood pressure?
I don't recommend them to anyone with high blood pressure.
Stop eating or drinking sugar. I stopped and lost more weight than I did with diets.
Easier said then done
Not everyone struggles with sugar, but so glad to know that was the one thing that helped you! Thanks for sharing
