    4:50 "AHH! it's not Ben!"
its like that feeling when you were a kid and you grab your mom's hand and then you see the persons face and its a stranger

Watching Nik's band play live was one of the most beautiful experiences i've had in this world so far. So much compassion to the complexities. xx

Thank you for sharing this great clip Ben. Music as a community, the monkey mind and some smooth groove. Music evolving as jams are happening is one of my favourite things to be a part of. Lovely to hear this idea expressed so eloquently, with grace and presence.

Living in Zurich, I'm so grateful to be able to return to his concerts and be amazed all over again at what his music does to me. Thank you Nik!!

Great interviewer, letting the person getting interviewed speak with a better flow of thought

I think humans developed a capacity for rhythmic music from the sound of footsteps. You hear footsteps and the brain looks for patterns reflexively and provides and autonomic response.

yes, if you want to learn a rhythm, you got to be able to walk with it.

Hey Ben, great series with Nick Bärtsch, thank you for that!
I have a question: does Nik wear the Sounbrenner Core metronome watch on his wrist?

Hi Frank. Nik wears clothes made by the designer Christa de Carouge, who had been a friend for a long time. She lived in Zurich as well but passed away in early 2017.
