The bar facing burpee is a more difficult variation of the burpee. It requires a bit of coordination and accuracy as fatigue sets in.

Those step up Burpees, are those 2018 standards. My box coach told us the feet have to come up together out of the push up.
Yeah, so expect standards to change over the years... for example, hand release push-ups in 2011, no longer completed like that. This is just one way of completing the bar facing burpee.

Those aren’t burpees tho… burpees must have legs together.
