Every time I watch Cowboys games in early 2000, it seems like highlight reels for Roy Williams. That guy was a wrecking ball. When he hits people they get knocked out or fumble, also he has key interceptions always changing the trajectory of the game.
Romo wins 11 games minimum with this team. Not enough is made about how hard Sean Payton pushed to get Romo on the field and Parcells and his Nepotism for Bledsoe wouldn't allow it.
Without a doubt the most exciting season in which the Cowboys would fail to make the playoffs, they were literally 1 play away from qualifying if you think about it. The Redskins MNF, Oakland, Seattle, Denver and @New York games were ones that got away. Such a thrilling season, unfortunately didn't make the dance though.
Nice highlights. I wish there was a full game of the Philadelphia vs Dallas 2005. I would love to rewatch it again just to see cowboys whoop the crap out of eagles especially at the Texas stadium
Always remember the blown 13-0 lead with like five minutes to go and gave up two deep plays to Santana Moss on MNF vs Washington Remember having to evacuate for a hurricane that hit not three weeks after Katrina.
Ever consider adding the opening Kickoff to each game and the final play of each game? Granted, it would be more of a video essay than a highlight reel of the season.
I was at Eagles game in October of '05...they had beaten us (Cowboys) 9 times in a row...I'm from San Antonio TX n my girl asked me which game we going to this year...i said the Eagles we gonna end this streak lol...feeling cocky because that summer my Spurs had just won our 3 NBA CHAMPIONSHIP....at the tail gate party I had a blast with what seemed to be 200 Eagles fans...they laughed at me because I told them the streak was done with...at halftime I ran into a few of them and they were calling me a football prophet...lol... On a side note, you didn't add the Keyshawn Johnson/Drew Bledsoe fracas on the sidelines...
Haha, I remember the post game interview with Bledsoe and why he got in Keyshawn's face. Wish I had recorded that. He said something to the effect of, "Just the way we were on top of them and then to let them get a cheap one like that really rubbed me the wrong way".

Safety Roy Williams #31 was one of the more overrated players in recent memory. Gave up deep ball after deep ball and wasn't even that dynamic against the run as a SS. Terence Newman #41 also was never the playmaker as advertised coming out of Kansas State. Major disappointments of that era.
Naw Roy had a five year run where he was arguably the best safety in the league. He didn't start becoming a liability against the pass until after his 5th year.
This brings back memories from my child hood.. i was born 2000 when it was 05’ I remember my father screaming watching the cowboys what a THROWBACK

MAN!! I still don't know how this 05 team didn't do more...so much talent on both sides of the ball
Yeah end of career Bledsoe, Glenn and Keyshawn. We were stacked
Rob Petitti was a starting tackle

#83 Terry Glenn soo underrated. He was a beast! R.I.P 🙏🏾
It’s so sad to watch both Terry Glenn and Marion Barber playing lights out. Yet both their lives would get snuffed out too early.
I miss Julius Jones..He was one of my favorite players.
Could have been great had it not been for injuries

We need defense like this in 2021 and 2022
A wasted season with so many close losses against good teams.
Dallas has a kicker, they would of had a chance to win a ring. SOOOOOOOO many missed field goals!
RIP....T.Glenn and Marion Barber!

What a goal line stand at the end of that San Diego game. Wow
The great Terry Glenn, RIP

I definitely think I'm going to start putting the final score of every game on at the end.
@@deucepickle2091 Showing the final play when the Cowboys win would be cool.

Watching Marion the Barbarian hit and today he has problems with his mental status. So sad. I really miss his style of play.
RIP to the Barbarian. Sad news today.
Man how loud the crowd was in the old stadium! Not like that anymore!
#19 Keyshawn doin da dirty work
We need monster defense and offense in 2021 and 2022
Julius Jones could have been a great RB had it not been for the injuries. Seems like the boys get alot of those players tho
We had so many good team over the yrs WE SHOULD’VE BEEN WON AT LEAST 3 SUPERBOWLS
The last time Cowboys actually beat the Chargers
Until 2021
9 - 7 and No Playoffs 🤬 wish Sean Payton would have taken over as HC and played Romo
Will somebody tell me the year that Terry Glenn passed away number 83 for the Dallas Cowboys😎
He passed away in 2017
Cowboys 1999 highlights?
Afraid not. I didn't start until 2000. I wish I did. I loved that game 1 overtime win at RFK with Rocket catching the 76 yarder from Troy for the win.

Yes. And when Shelia spilled her milk. Boy howdy
LaRoi Glover 🔥🔥🔥
How many players from the 05 team would start for the 2023 team? I got a bunch!
All that BS about Chokmo not having a team is Jerry-Speak!
Sean Peyton as the OC was money.

Terence Newman a dissapointment only if you hold him to a Deion Sanders standard.
