My favorite area for shiny hunting is the beach that’s at the south-east part of the Coastal Biome. I call it Popplio Beach (for obvious reasons. You can isolate Popplio, Crabrawler, and the Mewostic evo line there. I got 2 shiny Popplio is 2 minutes.
You can also isolate Grookey there as well

The first shiny I caught in the Indigo Disc DLC was an Axew in the canyon biome, near the place that resembles the Nature Preserve from Black & White 2.
I was trying to get the galarica twigs for slowpoke to evolve and i turn around and i see a shiny one and like 15 seconds later i find another one without sandwich!

Well seeing shiny charmander at night has made me go though some old videos I got while shiny hunting and I missed three of them
My favorite thing about shiny hunting the Beldum line in these games is that they now now Tackle instead of Take Down and with Hail being replaced by snow, we don’t have to worry about Beldum getting itself killed🥹🥹🥹

I was just exploring around the beach area trying to catch any unregistered pokémon in the pokédex and after catching a normal galarian slowpoke I turn around and suddenly there's a shiny one. I named her Lemonade and evolved her into a slowbro

The best area for me to shiny hunt was canyon biome near a cliff I got 8 shiny littens in 2 minutes

Just a heads up the Zebstrika line is actually kinda difficult to see. It’s not as noticeable as I thought it was going to be. Still visible, but it just a a shade lighter versus looking like a different color.

Btw when you get it you need to finish the teal dlc first and spend a lot of blueberry quest money indigo dlc btw this is just to help because I didn’t know this when I bought the dlc btw the money thing is for even more Pokémon in the places

Fun fact: the auto fighting doesn’t kill shines so you basically have a shiny detector

My mood about this remains neutral, wasn't a win or lose
"Starters!" Yeah if you want to farm BP for 2 hours and then pick between which area you want to unlock the starters in. Then you may or may not need to farm for 2 hours again to get the other starters you want.
Galarian Slowpoke was my first of the DLC. Wasn’t expecting it either, it just spawned there behind Lacey’s and l’ve never been there prior to this encounter the day Indigo Disk came out.
My favorite DLC shiny hunt is minior in the chargestone cavern. It's easy to isolate with a flying type sandwich, and it looks so great... well, at least when it's at half health
Frokie is a very shiney expecally when you have a sandwich it's shiney not might be easy to see it can be an eye catcher in daylight. And it's so worth it when you have a shiney girninja
Those starters are gonna be nice because if the starters of the new legends game does get regional forms, that'll be nice to see what the shinies look like
The galarian slowpoke hunt was never an issue because twice after I went into the place where mudkip spawns (I didn’t dedicate memory to remember the name) there was a golden slowpoke. I still have both to this day.

The best area for me to shiny hunt in the DLC was definitely Chargestone Cavern for Chespin. One grass sandwich and that's all you're gonna see in there.

It’s super easy to isolate araquanid and dewpider on top of the falls in coastal using a big sandwich. It took my 10 mins to find a shiny araquanid.
I got a shiny galarian slowpoke and then on the next beach a crabrawler which became one of my favorite shinys
Im trying to complete the kanto shiny living dex and i just refuse to use scarlet and violet it genuinely gives me zero joy finding shinies in that game I will only use it to hunt the region exclusives and I hope the next game makes shinies rarer

I dunno how but I managed to run into a random Shiny Minior in the canyon biome while I was trying to complete the "Defeat 10 Pokemon in autobattle" BBQ. I've obtained two different colored ones so far, one was Orange (the random encounter one) and I believe the other was either Blue, Indigo, or Violet, I don't remember which.

In the regular scarlet game flutter mane is the best because in day time regular flutter mane don’t spawn and the shinys are spared really easy if your new to shiny hunting -tip from shiny catherine

Guys minior is sooo easy! You can just use a encounter 3 sparkling 3 without saving and you will get it in no time ;)
I remember that when i was shiny hunting joltik in the canyon caves, i accidentally hit tynamo.. I was so mad until i saw that the tynamo was a shiny 🙃

Fun fact: you don't even need to shiny hunt the zebstricka line you just need to unlock the blueberry academy secret boss and after you beat him he'll trade you a shiny blitzle

I got three shiny minior by using the auto battle method, but then factory reset my switch bc of some glitch I wanted to do.
Mine was beldum I caught 5 shiny beldum in 2 mins of the sandwich
you shouldnt have to be excited one pokemon came back. they should all be available for use either in the game or to transfer with home
