So, the main difference between these two is the console size
The Nordictrack S22i studio bike spots a larger 22” HD touchscreen compared to the S15i 14 inch console. Both screens are full color, touch sensitive screens but you get a better user experience with the S22i. The larger screen makes for a good companion for streaming movies and watching workout videos. The S22i console also turns up to 180 degrees.

I have the S15i and the monitor is running on an android platform. With a little additional work, you can add netflix and hulu. Check out other videos on TH-cam about adding apps to the bike.
