This aspect of the channel is great. As someone who has followed GGR from the start, I like coops videos but he doesn't cover cardio products very well. Lindsay is doing a great job covering the at home cardio pieces.

I'm disappointed that this video doesn't include any actual use of the machine with the sound it makes. This is a VERY NOISY treadmill. It makes a terrible, loud whine that just gets worse as the speed goes up. By the time you hit 5, you have to shout to be heard. I've had service out twice, and they say they can't do anything about it. Find a different unit.
If you are reviewing equipment, please include actual video with sound of the unit in use. You only show it in use with music or voice over instead of the actual sound this unit makes. That is irresponsible and misleading.
Nordic track makes and sells garbage. They will not help you when their garbage breaks in you, which it will. Do not buy anything nordic track. I have a broken bike and treadmill from them and wish id bought any other brand
