I knew this song was unbelievable when i pulled into the drive through at a Wendys a few years back with this song on full blast. About two minutes later, a guy walked out of the building and knocked on my window. I was like "Yea?" and he said "Dude. What song is this, this shit is amazing! half the people inside are jamming to this." Ever since that day i play this song at every drive-through. Not for me, but for everyone in america who have not been fortunate enough to hear it.

Strobe is the GOAT of course, but for me this is the most deadmau5-sounding deadmau5 track. The introduction of multiple distinct ideas over time, the way they layer on top of each other later, the patient but slowly-shifting intro...this is what the mouse sounds like.
A few months back I went to HARD to see deadmau5 with a friend who claimed was a fan.. I played this song on our way there and he changed it to another song because "the intro was taking too long" it made my soul bleed

I think it's the other way around. I usually listen to deadmau5 passively while doing something else like working out, studying etc. It's slightly too monotonous to grip my undivided attention for the whole song, even when I purposefully try to listen to it actively my mind tends to drift away...
Well you will see that in most of the deadmau5's music people say repetitive, boring. Yes if you hear it passively but actively there are some minor details he gave for which he is unique for which active listener can enjoy the music.

The build up to this song is godly. The way the sounds are subtly placed to emphasize the rise and the angelic "ahhing and ohhing" ad too it giving it a similar feeling to that of the music from halo. The similar hair raising sense of ahh fills your body!

re-listening to this song in 2018 is so refreshing its such a underrated song and never gets mentioned at all really. One of the best intros in a deadmau5 song in my opinion. The drops are pretty amazing swell the second one especially. Play this song in any epic moment to give that extra epic boost. Cant praise this track enough.
Getting some serious 'final boss in a story-rich video game' vibes here. I could see that two and a half minute intro being the bosses monologue, how the protagonist is too late to save the world, then those few seconds is when the hero denies that and prepares to fight. Perfection.

Coronavirus 2020!!!! - I was a fan of deadmau5 since like 2008-2009 or so, and stopped listening a few years back since he hadn’t come out with new music and these felt overplayed for a moment, recently heard them at the fortnite concert and just made me want to look them up again. these are classics now and they’re better than i remember, edm masterpieces by a very talented artist i couldnt really fully understand back then, i thought they had amazing beats and drops but repetitive, but i appreciate music more now and these just are that much better!
