horizontal movement is very nice .what type of motor is used .how it co-ordinated with main motor movement .will the side way movement increase with speed of main motor speed increase.how is realted with one another.
You can open The calculator & make switch in (=) button ..type 1 & type + & type = and see...1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.... your switch can be mounted in the mechanism of winding machine ... thanks
Hello everybody and happy new year . Sorry for the delayed reply . The circuit is a 555 IC used as a speed controller and a BD139 , such as this : www.circuitstoday.com/dc-motor-controller . The motor is a simple 12 V with reduction gear baught on the ebay . Nothing fancy about the co ordination of the speed of the two motors . I just wind a few turns and adjust the movement speed with the potentiometer , untill the winding looks good . Hope that helps .
