Hi bro, I am trying to copy a large amount of files at once using this method, however, it just freezes on a screen that says "calculating the time required to transfer the files." Is there anything I can do to speed this up so that it actually starts copying?? Thanks!
I recommend transferring a handful of files at a time. But usually if it says "calculating ... transfer files" you'd just have to wait since large files do take a lot of time.
@@InTuned182 Okay, thank you. I have tried even one small file however it still takes a few minutes on the "calculating....... files" screen for just one file. I'm not sure if it is the cable that I'm using because the pc is fairly new. Thanks tho!
Did the files transfer to your computer? If it did and you can't open it, you might need to convert the files so your computer can read it. If it doesn't copy, make sure you selected transfer files when you first plug in your phone to the computer. Hope this helps

Didn't work for me. Some smaller videos show up. But I have a 28 minute file that will not show up. Oh well.

Is the quality good tho?
The quality will be the same quality that you have on your phone. When you upscale it to your computer you might see a lower quality than usual.
I did all the steps but the video only plays sound i cant watch the video i copy and pasted it in to my desktop still no video only sound
