Arguably...he should know who is the GOAT definitively if he is really the best melee content creator.
So 20xx isnt everyone playing fox to perfection, its everyone playing yoshi and no one can do any damage to each other because everyones shield tech is perfect.

I don't even play melee, but god, AsumSaus is just an amazing content creator in general. His content is just so interesting and really well made.
One thing he missed in the video is that you can let go of ledge on frame 9... Unless you're Link, who can let go on frame 5. Because of course Link gets random advantages like that.

That ending clip showing how hbox used to play is always a nice reminder that the game could be much much worse if Juan did not care about his image in the scene. Hbox has started playing way more hype basically since lockdowns ended and I like it. Still not a massive fan or anything but I dont change tabs when an hbox set comes up anymore, unless its against a peach or ICs.
Probably because melee and related stuff isn’t his main source of income these days.

I always heard people say haxdash and never knew what it meant. I just learned doing that when I started playing melee because it made sense, I always just called it a reverse Ledge dash
Luigi is crazy on the ledge. Perfect wavedash off ledge and luigi will slide all the way to the other side of Yoshi's story intangible!

the more likely reason you don't see moves clank with rest is that moves need to do within 9% damage of each other for them to clank, and rest deals way more damage than most moves
I know it's because the character skill sets are leagues different, but there's something special about seeing a god go "hell yeah I can Haxdash watch this" and completely fail for nearly two minutes.
