The FM9 is a beast, If this doesn't show why Fractal is the absolute BEST modeler nothing will. It beats anything else by a mile. Thankful we have Leon, who is a master at everything FAS to help show everyone how to use this awesome unit. Thank you Leon!!
I bought the FM3 first and found it to be more than enough for rock gigs. I then decided that I wanted the full power of the Aex Fx III. It stays home in the studio. Now I’m thinking about getting the FM9 to try some extra mojo in my shows.
Can this be done on the FM3? If not, is it just a question of CPU? I haven't pulled the trigger on the FM3 Turbo yet, but I need to know what's possible and, more importantly, what is not possible compared to the larger FM9. Any advice appreciated. Excellent sounds as usual in the video.
FM3=no dual amps ,no gapless switching, no setlist/songs and less power. FM3 will do just fine for live usage though using toggle on switches for scene switching. Channel switching between scenes will not be gapless. Hope that helps some?
Interesting. I have wired old 4x12s to have the option to split...but I found that because the two halves were so close together, the stereo effect was negligible...so I didn't use it.

The ability to run dual amps is the whole reason I bought my FM9.
Leon you are a modern day sonic wizzard! Ridiculous sounds and Ridiculous skills! All the very best to you!
FM9 is probably the best floor modeller ever!

My hairs stood up at 11:24. Glorious chorus!

1:11 I LOVE this riff. Don’t know the name, though.
I think it is Armed & Ready by MSG The Michael Schenker Group
Thank you my man. Enjoying the song as we speak@@jasonalexander5253
great stuff!! and such low impact on CPU capacity.

@@r.llynch4124super helpful wow
How does running two amps into a single cab not sum into mono?
The cab is set to stereo
