It's like it was divine guidance for Arthur The King to seek out this man from Colorado to save him from living his life as a stray mongrel in the mean streets of Santo Domingo. He deserved a better life!

My wife and I saw film loved it and feel he's really nitpicking. In the end the it explained they made money from people following it that would of canceled out the money he borrowed and mark Walberg character saved one of his teammates life and carried another teammates pack for him he took care of all of his teammates so I found it easy to want him to do well and yeah you knew team had to do well. I didn't predict they'd come in second and I couldn't predict dogs survival or not survival .
This critic really ignores what makes this film good. Like I'm listening to this guy describe Mark Walberg character in the way he does I'mthinking how can you describe him like that when he saved one of his teammates from falling to her death and then later carries another guy's pack for him you that's a sacrifice. So he is a very likable team captain. This critic I wonder if he even watched the whole film. Like the money thing thing it's sort of explained at the end if your paying attention. The cancer thing was also done to explain why she quit climbing and why she came anyway and it represents how other people have tough stuff going on that you didn't know about.
Again this guy nit picks and I wonder if he missed half the film.
This movie is good
You act like I trashed the film lol. Yeah he gets money from people supporting to help pay for the dog surgery (which I didn’t mention because that is a spoiler of the film thank you very much) but doesn’t mean he should take his whole family’s savings on race without telling his spouse. I mention things that makes him somewhat like able but if I knew someone that did that to me and took our savings and not talking about it. I be pissed no matter what. I’m glad you enjoyed the film but the things I mentioned might be nitpicking to you but they ain’t to me because everything he technically does is for himself. The stuff he can do that helps his own teammates as character development but it was just instantly when we heard nothing but how hard it is to be racing with him. If they are willing to make up things about the dog’s journey to Marks character they make up stuff to see his character change to become a better teammate and have a conversation with his wife about the money. The movie could have been executed better in my opinion. MY OPINION which most people forget. That’s all it is, an opinion. Thank for watching the video.
He completely missed the point of the movie, which is Arthur's perseverance to not be left behind. It is based on a true story about ARTHUR. He spends the whole review nit picking about Mark Wahlberg and the other human characters (almost all of which was just Hollywood embellishment, not part of the real events) and completely misses the true point of the story.
He's our man character. I don't know what to say.
and you mention most of it was Hollywood embellishment and not part of the real events which is most of the stuff I talked down on. Meaning they didn't do the story justice, you just ruined your argument. I shouldn't have to do research on the events that happen that weren't in the movie to like the movie. Thats me doing the movies job. So thanks for proving my point.

I think you missed this whole point of the movie
A lot of people say that but I didn’t miss the point of the film. I thought it was ok but not great.
@thereviewshow2400 you're saying you do, but you never mentioned the point of the film in your review so I'm confused.
The point is never giving up. He doesn’t give up on trying racing or on Arther and making a name for himself. I get the point of the film. I thought it could of been executed better.
@thereviewshow2400 interesting. You keep bringing up Michael and how everything around Michael actually matters. The movie is about Author the dog 🐕. The movie used Michael's character to give the two characters commonalities and to help build a connection between Author and Michael. I'm not saying it's the greatest film or anything, but if your are reviewing film, I think it's fair to explain things in it's proper context. Keep going though. You're doing a great job.
@aliens22 I always take feedback but the movie is about both of them. It’s about neither of them giving up and they’re both fighters but Mark is our main character. The movie focuses on him and his struggle the most.
