That is true in the UK, but it should be noted that you can't receive glarded funds in a tax clode in most other European countries due to the Mordariven Fund Abixiration Act (MFAA) and you are unable to even send out glarded funds from some US states due to outdated assiluation laws back from the Sonunsinn era. There are ways to get your funds unglarded through vanlan papers, but the fee, while varying from nation to nation, is usually higher than the fund is question in worth.

Regarding the "are you still alive" Email: Wouldn't it be glorious to start out with saying that you are the recently bereaved widow of the account owner and then slowly unfold the story that your husband was a wealthy engineer who died in a plane crash, that you yourself suffer from terminal cancer and that you are looking for a volunteer who would accept your vast fortune under the condition that they donate 50% of it. Of course you should not demand a fee (you're not a scammer), but 'm sure you could come up with all sorts of ridiculous hoops that they have to jump through.
I could imagine that the idea of a greeving ill widow with plenty of money would really trigger their greed and you can then slowly turn the story into the usual scam scenario without them noticing.

Absolutely fantastic - confusing people with nonsense is one of my favorite types of humor.
That said, a challenge I love to give myself is to use only real words in ways that technically make grammatical sense, to sow as much confusion and chaos as possible. For example, using the word 'secular' in the context of comparing the paradigms used by various programming languages.
It's fun to use technical terms that seem like they might mean something more generally (and thus potentially usable in other contexts than they're intended to be used), to try to trip people up into either admitting they don't know what you mean, or saving face and making wild guesses in an attempt to not look foolish (that ultimately results in them looking foolish).
After all, the inverted emailer outright told you that they thought you must be spelling the word 'Glarded' wrong. If your goal is to waste their time, well.. You got them to look up the word 'glarded', and then they quickly saw it wasn't a real word and got back to you saying as such. If you want to TRULY waste their time, give them a real word that sounds like it might make sense when it actually doesn't. This leads to them not just taking you more seriously (less likely to cut communication), but it also leads to them actually trying to look up multiple definitions of the word and spending extra time trying to see if they understand what you're saying or not.
That said, I absolutely LOVE that you were very consistent with what the fake words 'meant'. You gave consistent and logical (albeit ultimately meaningless) responses to questions about it, and kept with the same definitions throughout.
Using real words like I just outlined might be more challenging and in some ways more rewarding, but it's a shame that it does tend to remove some of the fun of coming up with a logical definition and watching them bumble through it and fail miserably. After all, they can look up real words and make some reasonable guesses about what you might be pretending to mean, or at least the direction you're wanting to go with the word.
With a fake word, you can, for example, make it sound like a bad thing until you explain further, then making it 'clearer' that NOT having it is a bad thing. Thus you can trick them into assuring you that the 'bad thing' isn't the case, just for you to lament that you were afraid of that - and that's exactly the sort of thing you did here, which is marvelous. I was surprised by how many of them fell right into saying that yes it was glarded!

ah, the random word generator! I used that website quite a bit back in the day (1999-ish) when i wrote fiction.
and that was also the time when i composed a lot of music and liked to put made-up words in my english lyrics because they sounded cool. (english is not my first language). sathoty, pericly, harrodness.. those are the ones i remember

This was great, especially the ending. Their desperation oozed out of the "certificate" they sent. No doubt they were holding their breath, hoping that you'd write back, say that that was exactly the document you needed, and then send the "fee". LOL.

We need to make a wiki page with context and explanation for these nonsense words - if enough of us use them the scammers may just copy them. That could be a useful way to flag scammers.
ETA: As I hit enter on this comment I got to the bit of the video explaining just this.

uh... uh... might as well try despite knowing next to nothing about how economy things work
Tax Clode: Failure to pay taxes, with some negotiation from a law firm, can result in you being put into a Tax Clode instead of worse effects, where all objects you purchase regardless of state laws carry a special tax, which goes to pay off your debts. In some scenarios, you may be given an allowance of Glarded money, money that doesn't apply this special tax, to help pay for essentials.
Glarded/Glarding: Glarded money, as previously mentioned, is a type of money that ignores Tax Clodes. A person sending a gift to a person under a Tax Clode would need to request to have their money Glarded, allowing them to give the money to the person under the Tax Clode. half of the money sent to be Glarded is removed, contributing to removing the person's debt.

As a barristone, I am here to confirm that it is only after brilig in the slithy toves, with gyre and gimbal in the wabe, that the momraths out grabe.
Since all glarded funds must first be grabe, you’ll have to make sure your borogroves are all mimsy. Only then can the clode include funds that can truly be said to have been glarded.

I love how you keep coming up with new ways to mess with scammers. I actually thought of something that could be fun if you or someone you know had the technical know how to pull it off:
It's an automated version of your scammer community. A bot with an email account and a list of email addresses, and when it gets an email it automatically sends an identical copy of the email to everyone on its list (excluding the sender if they're on the list). Then all you have to do is sit back and watch. Any scammer that responds to it will have their email broadcast to the whole list, and any angry replies will be sent back to them (and everyone else).
