I remember combining a bunch of different mods in Fallout 4 that ended up making my guy the Flash, with super speed, bullet time toggle, inertia and all. I've never been able to play that game without it since lol
Didn't even mention the flash mod in gta v where it switches perspective to flash and how slow the world is moving by comparison. I remember seeing a guy shoot an rpg and just watching it fly through the air and watching it explode and omg it blew my mind.

Wow. Some really impressive GTA mods here. What would be really cool is if someone made a set of crime fighting missions or campaign, that would work together with any of these.
Marvel's Spider-Man for PlayStation was quite good, IMO. Without the mods, it was a well designed super hero game with a good storyline and then there was DLC for more storylines. The next game, Miles Morales, expanded upon it and now Spider-Man 2 will have both characters. I'm hoping they keep adding more, bit by bit, and since the Avengers Tower is in the game, maybe they introduce Iron Man, and do their own Video Game Universe that develops into an "Endgame-like" video game about 6 instalments later. Anyway, sort of off topic, but I just feel bad for console gamers because PC mods are so awesome and consoles can't really get that. It would be nice if they could.
Personally, I don't usually do Superhero Mods cuz many have janky animation. IMO character animations are the most important thing to be immersive and many of these mods understandably lacks that, except Magneto mod that one is great.

Here's a tip for modders. Even if it takes away from the comic book look, removing a cape bc it looks like a cardboard mess of awful physics goes a long way
My favorite is the flash mod, L is usually the sprint button but I moved it with key binding, I pressed the sprint button and the flash went stupid fast, both fun and challenging

My dream game it's a multi cities and biomes on huge full of content map, where you can do the stuff of GTA, Watch Dogs, Saints Row and Infamous, where you start building yourself up in the world umtil you get superpowers, then with all the tech added to it you work your to become a sort of emperor in the game, would be fun to keep the powers in secret as well for the general public in game

The flash mod seems to basically be saints row 4 (one of the most criminally underrated games of all time IMO)
