@@Actionfiguremagicshorts You must be aware that most rock bands don't sound the same when they age. Axl can still hit the notes and rock n' roll. Sure, his voice isn't as deep as it was and doesn't sound pleasing in a lot of the songs, but he still got a lot of energy for his age. I, in particular, enjoyed this. If you want something smooth, maybe you should listen to young bands or ones that sing easy songs and auto-tune their vocals.

When people age, not all vocal styles fit them - for example, Axl's chest voice is still in perfect shape. You mentioned tuning down? When Axl joined AC/DC, he could hit the studio notes. Axl barely had issues with hitting notes but lost that ability to sing with deep nasally head voice that he could flawlessly do. The fact is that I enjoy Axl's performances even today, specifically this one. To me, a band like Foo Fighters gets boring after a while but GNR doesn't. With that I repeat: Axl does sound good here. Maybe you came here with higher expectations or got a different preference.
I went to the denver show and it was amazing. He did sound good. I think all the kids in the chat just think everone lip syncs their concerts like all the youngsters do nowadays. This is a full on live concert bitches . 🤘✌

Don't be silly...his voice has changed in tone....as it does with all singers, but it's still fine. I saw Axl Rose last year..he was fine live. Phone recordings don't capture him properly
