I have been using this wonderful machine since past 2 years when it launched back in 2021, and I am still in love with the torque, power, smooth shifts on this big engine, heat management and the way it looks. Every days I see it, I feel lucky to have this mighty Z900.

Can't deny that this bike is the most VFM bike as an I4 cylinder. Plus coming from a Japanese manufacturer, this is one of keeper motorcycles thay you'd love to ride everyday. Sarge just made it better. Awesome as always and finally you have the Z900 taken care of. Hopefully there will be a long term review too and if I may ask, which is your favourite Naked street motorcycle till date Sarge?

i mean benelli tried and failed if the sevice was good the throne would have given to 600i but z800-900 easily will outlive us

Had a Z800 and I loved it a lot. Never clicked well with the design of Z900 though at start. But this looks promising for a city bike option and for shorter tours. I will give it a try and see for myself if it fits well into my arsenal. Thanks Sarge, for such an honest and as always, a wonderful review.

Splendid review. I agree with everything you've said. Love my '22 Z900 more now than when I bought it 2 years ago. I have no complaints at all , except the oem tires. Super smooth, exceptionally torquey engine. I took off in 5th gear from a stoplight and had a grin from ear to ear. This bike moves. Had a '20 MT09 and prefer the Z. This s one of my bikes that I have no intention of selling. Cool accent dude. I thought it was Scottish at 1st. LOL.

Hi Sagar, would you consider making videos about tips and tricks that you've learnt over the years or even tutorials(for example, how to setup the suspension, what does all the modes in a motorcycle do and how to fine tune them, etc.). I have a 2021 Z-900. It has been fabulous and every time I think about trading it in, I don't do it because the bike has everything I want. I got the comfort seat replacement from Kawasaki and it makes the seating much more comfortable. I also added akrapovic exhaust and it sounds great. A really good city and even touring bike.

Once again, a lovely video. You never missed any point about the machine in a short time. When I rode the Z900, I felt like it wasn't good for the long haul, which is my piece of cake, and the brakes and suspension were really bad. ❤❤❤ So I never liked this machine, but your video opens up a new perception of absolute delight in heat management, gear ratio, and inline 4 for the price tag.
The suspension needs to be dialed in and the abs is intrusive.

- Kawasaki’s staple bike z900 😊 not a bike for straight line speed coz you can’t duck down enough due to the high mounted fuel tank !
- with the weight of the bike you can’t cut corners in city conditions either, I wonder who they have made this bike for !

Fantastic video and excellent review.
Just a small feedback Sargent, instead of playing the intrusive and loud music it would be nicer to get to hear the raw sound which the bike makes. Whether it be engine, gearbox, switches, footpeg scraping etc. It gives a lot more insights about engine n bike's performance. Loud music kind of feels annoying at times. But otherwise very nicely put together. Cheers!

Kept the #z900 for 3 years before upgrading to the #zx10r and the z is still my favorite bike.
So versatile and so quick, you are guaranteed a smile under your helmet everytime you take it for a ride.

The Z is more practical than the ZX10R. Its more comfortable (you can upgrade the seats) and ergonomics are good.
Sarge, i still can't forget your old z1000 and z900 review. That's what made me fell in love with that bike. Especially z1000. Watching you review the new one is special. Wish they gave us z1000 back instead of zh2

Hey Sarge, loved the video. Just what I needed actually. I recently bought a Ninja 650 KRT, and while I love the bike I definitely feel that I could do with something more manic. This is great for tours and longer distance travel, but the craving for an Inline-4 is getting the better of me. Do you think this will be a good upgrade from the Ninja 650 or should I look at something else. And what else might that be? I am looking for something more exciting that really pushes me as a rider. Any suggestions?

I’m in the same boat with Ninja 650. I would suggest wait for ZX6R and then decide.

Had the Z900 for 6 months last year. Lovely versatile engine. Very practical for all kinds of scenarios.
This model became more digitalized in 2020 and I did get some weird errors on the display. Not a dealbreaker in any way.

Does the traction control prevent the front wheel from coming all the way up and throwing you off the back while giving it full throttle from a standstill? Thanks

@@SagarSheldekarOfficial thanks, was tosssing up between the Z900 and the Yamaha mt09, I liked the fact the mt09 had wheelie control so didn’t have to worry about the front wheel coming all the way up and flipping the bike over, z900 I prefer the looks so if it’s traction control also prevents that then this is my new bike. You made me forget the world cup heartbreak 💔 with this killer review of Z900 . Anyways I remember seeing your review about z900 on powerdrift 9 years back and back then also this bike was VFM at 9lakhs . Its crazy how how they have kept the price at 9.2 lakhs ex showroom price even after all those years 😅when Triumph Street triple and Ducati monster have received countless price hikes or updates 😅. At 9.2lakhs ex showroom price this is a killer deal compared to Street triple and Ducati monster.

Itching to ride the zx4r
I own a 2021 Z900. 0 complaints. It's smooth, it's easy, it's quick and she never complains. I found the stock tyres and the brakes to be a bit lacking for spirited riding but not an issue for every day speeds. You didn't mention the BT connectivity albeit a bit basic.
Did u make any mods to it?
Still hear the stories about you Sarge from my friends about your riding in LAVASA back in those days... Only regret that I don't have 4k res mobile to watch your video. Love you Dada....

Awesome Review. Have no intrest buying it, however still watching it for the cinematography. If you can, then please next time while making a video on an iline 4 engine, please make a video the way you guys did it with daytona review. That video is still the best.
