A thing to note: At least with this launch stuff going on the game literally refunds everything it takes to grow Sonetta, Aaple, Eagle, and Leilana. While Sonetta is easily the best out of them, It literally doesn't hurt AT ALL to invest in them first until you get some good pulls or because pushing a 6 Star early will break you.

What? It only refunds until insight 1, doesn't it?
@@Lucamy100That's right. You can find it on the beginner tasks. It tasks you to level up these starting characters up to Insight I and gives the refunds of the cost you expended as rewards. So, basically, it's like free upgrades but you have to work for it and farm for the mats first.
You still need to do it to progress on the "Acts" if you want those 2 free psychubes (The Footloose, and Laughter and Laughter) and Sonetto skin even if you won't use these characters.
I love A knight because it looks unique and with the cool animation of his ult. Please, beginner guide for A Knight/ Team Building etc. thank you!
AK has a very good looking ultimate, indeed! Will consider it, however, I don't think specific unit guides will get any priority, at least for now. There are enough great creators out here who already unit guides for specific characters :)
Fellow AK enjoyer here, I have benched my only other 6* char Lilya for now. I use Tennant + BBlume, Sonetto as 4th. Only AK is 2-10, others are 1-40. Use Tennant's shield to mitigate damage and make sure enemies die before your team wipes out. Use the default Tuning that rerolls your cards incase you are expecting a damage burst and need shields urgently.
AK is beefy enough because he has no type weaknesses, there have been times where he has soloed the last 2-3 rounds by himself.
I love him because of his design.
When I first played this game in closed beta, I fell in love with the sentient objects.
Like, just imagine this game full of strong and attractive men and women, then there are these chucklefucks that are just random things like food or household appliances and maybe even just some gloves holding a sword among them.
I wish they'd release more characters like them.
@@SM-oc4rc I would like to add that, for example Centurions dmg taken debuff on her ult can be resisted by enemies and should her ult kill all of them would be wasted where as AKs (as long as he kills one of the ads) rousing morale buff doesn't disappear when you go into the next round of combat.
@@antialpaka1186 Oh nice I didn't know that. Also, whrere can we check the active buffs on our companions? Just by the icons above their heads? Because I cannot see AK's Rousing Morale buff icon, it only pops up for a second when he kills.
The team's synergy is essential! You did a very helpful, easy to understand, guide. I'm in my 2nd day, my main team is Eternity(I2)/Balloon Party(I2)/An-an Lee(I1)/Sotheby(not invested) I completely cleared artificial 6. The only character I really wanted was Bkornblume, got most 5* after pitying Sotheby, but I didn't get her; I didn't go for A Knight cause I wasn't really interested, besides I want to build the poison team in the future.
From what I've heard and read, the "poison" team is simply enabled by poison stacks being on the target rather than the damage being focused on and mainly from poison.

I like how u focused on synergy a bit more than other videos I have seen. My beginner team was Regulus cuz she fell on my lap in the free rolls, then baby blue cuz was in same 10xpull and work well together, then I got lucky and got Satsuki which is hella fun but I don't know the true limitations of petrification yet. I feel like petrification falls behind later in game VS bosses. Most games I tried building a CC based team I ended up packing my regrets in a small box sealed with my tears and quitting the game after that failure 🤣
Yeah the last boss is immune to control.

I’ve only been playing for two days and I really like everything so far. I’ve already obtained all the free characters except obv Dikke but my favorite is definitely Sonetto.

thus far, my main team is like, regulus, zima and tennant because theyre all characters i really like (and because tennant is my strongest unit oops) but thank you for this, i had some problems with resources because i tried to level everyone up …

My team rn is Tennant/Bkornblume/Dikke. I've cleared all the main story with them pretty easily.
Lilya is love, Lilya is life (i dont have a team built around her yet)
I'm currently running Eternity, Tennant (w/ 3 dups), and Medicine Pocket and I seem to do very well overall. Sometimes I switch in Sonnetta or Eagle. I'm loving the game so far! Just wish I could pull A Knight, lol.
Hopefully I can get a good DPS soon (only about 3 days in) but so far my load outs been Sonetta, Medcine Pocket and Balloon Party. With Click being occasionally swapped in over Sonetta when control can't be used on a boss. But good to know what other units to invest into early.

I've been going blind on this since I'm a gacha vet. Went with the rolls and my team is Lilya/Tennant/Sonneto/Flex Slot. I hit chapter 3 in just a few hours and the game has been pretty easy so far.

I'm so thankful I got Eternity and it seems the units I've invested in so far are good for her (BBloom, Tennent, Sonneto). I also got the poison girl, should I wait to build her or can I use her in the healer slot?

My main DPS is Druvis III, the other slots I flex depending on the situation so it's a little problem for grinding materials
Bkornblume is actually really good. Her ult is so good, I have her with A Knight so I can damage everyone, then hit a high health enemy with massive damage. Was running her as my Main DPS for a long time.
Isn't she still the current meta in CN? I'm glad I upgrade her cuz she's op

If you pull Sotheby, just use her, she can heal well and and do nice dmg even without poison team

Sotheby is perfectly acceptable to invest in, and so is La Source early game. Everything is very dependent on how the rest of your team is set up. If you are playing with super card hungry dps like Eternity then maybe Sotheby isn't the best choice because both require complex card management. If you're using dealers with super low card management needs like Centurion then she's great.
Simply put, direct healing isn't inherently better, it's just inherently easier for reactionary players to use. I got further into limbo investing at the same level into Sotheby, and I now wish I could get back the resources I used for La Source (only cause I pulled Sotheby later). Unlike Sotheby La Source's Atk card is just straight up a pool polluter, and her ultimate is only useful for the moxie reduction in specific cases. Sotheby's does genesis damage and can act as a comparatively massive direct heal + dmg setup if you're playing it properly. It admittedly just requires a lot more effort to use properly. Including setting up her resonance manually to avoid all the crit pieces focusing on atk% boosting and DMG% reduction.
If I were to go back I'd probably would have only invested in my Dikke and Sotheby if I had both before starting limbo. However, nobody should feel investing in Sotheby is a bad investment early just because La Source exists. You're trading that material efficiency early game for one unit. A unit which will have much better staying power long-term. It's not a big deal. Dump a couple hundred crystals on activity for a few days and wash your hands of it. You weren't going to pull a 6 star with them anyway. We have almost 2 months before anything super game changing that's worth pulling comes around anyway. Pretty much everyone should be saving til 1.2 and get either Changeling/Tooth Fairy depending on their team comps.
Yes invest on sotheby instead of la source if you have her, if you are going for the poison meta in the future definitely invest on her. La source can help but eventually you will throw her in the trash can. I prefer to struggle with sotheby.
@@ke722i3 if you notice, Sotheby heals more because her skill scale more and she has more atk as a 6star. La Source is recommended only when you dont want to pull Sotheby

Will you be doing character guides in the future?
I main and love Regulus but I can't decide whether to buy her the crit-based 6* psychube or retain the Brave New World one. I want her to be my main DPS but at the same time I don't have psychubes for my supports and healers 🤣
To do data backed guides I need the psychubes and characters and their best teammates. Maybe somewhen in the future, but for now I don't plan for it
Its interesting how you just invest in dps basically. Ive been leveling my main 3 people to insight 2 at least. getting eternity to insight 3 in a week

Would you recommend me to build Dikke or Tennant for survivability? Or La Source is better? I'm using APPLe but yeah, not great lol. My team is Lilya and An-an Lee + survival support.
Probably Dikke. La Source heals better I think, but since she cannot reach i3, Dikke will likely be better in the longterm

from what i've learned, u just gotta focus on a proper team and not spread your already limited resources. i leveled quite a bunch of characters to 30 or insight 1, and suffered a loss of resources. i ended up buying bp and focus on a few people lol.
Great work! I was wondering if it worth upgrade La Source for my second team healer, so i can start Limbo. Consider it's only 4 days difference, i will just build Sotheby instead. Please keep up the good work :)
I havent done calcs for any 3* yet. She might be even cheaper than 8 days worth of activity to max out. Also keep in mind, the sheet asumes farming everything from 0, so it is even less. Quite a bit less actually due to dust + sharpo income from wilderness
@@iamrivenous you’re right. I mistake 4* with 3*. But this limbo go for another 14 days, plus the event should also give some boost. I still not sure if pushing the wilderness these two weeks is right. Limbo reward is way more important.
@@valtaza Wilderness will be more important as the dust + sharpo generation will grow. You need ~820k dust and 400k sharpo just for leveling i3 1-60.

Me, who's using only 4 characters right now because dang... it's really expensive leveling them up as per the guide said . My main dps are regulus and satsuki which both deals mentol dmg😭. I don't wanna pull because like I said earlier, building characters are expensive. I even used up all may candy jars just to maxed out insight 2 satsuki..
I wanted Bkornblume so i pulled on the knight banner, and got both Knight and Sotheby(on the knight banner) but no Bkornblume ;_; at least was 2 6* in 50 rolls but i will save for now, i much rather save for future 6* than trying to get Bkornblume now. At least i will be able to pull for the poison team later on.
That's great honestly, Sotheby will be an integral part of an upcoming toptier meta team, so if you care about the meta, you are already on a great path! For Bkorn, don't worry she will come home eventually :)

What's an overall good level/insight to have characters at for endgame stuff?
I got fairly lucky got voyager as the first 6star and whit the golden thread I got medicine pocket, I still have to pull in the 30 pulls banner for now I'm bringing Charlie with me as a DPS, should I do the 30 pulls and hope for a lilya or regulus or maybe do a bit more of eco? (Rn them 3+sonetto are insight 1 lvl 30)
I have the exact same team as yours. Lilya, voyager and bkorne. Though I desperately need a healer
You'll get Dikke for free in a couple days. She's great early game so you'll be covered for a while
would it be recommended to invest in mono element teams , e.g. an an lee, bkornblume, la source and rabies for plant type
I built Baby Blue for my buffer, brought my Dikke to insight lvl two as my healer and damage dealer, and Pavia is a well built sub dps for me. Do you think my team is viable for most content?
I am not deep enough into the late game yet, however, I am not sure if a 4* DPS will be enough to clear the hardest endgame content - for now that should not need to concern you yet, but as 4*s are missing insight 3 and hence can only go to lv50 and are missing the insight 3 bonus, I beg to differ he will be sufficient in the long run. On the other hand, 4*s are at about the 5th of the cost of building a 6*, so you aren't set behind for too long :) Only around 8 days if you have maxed Pavia. Baby Blue + Dikke are great units to build, however I think you wanna look out for another main DPS as well and use Dikke as your primary healer instead.

Thanks! Aside from "who you like the most", I would argue for either An-An or Bkorn. Sotheby is great for the upcoming poison team but does not really enhance Lilya in any way. Which of those two, you are probably best off to decide for who ever you have already invested the most into. If about even, An-An-Lee can be used in other non-reality teams as well, so she is the better investment for now.

So, quick question. I plan on maining Tennant (because I'm a simp and I have her p2) but who should I run with her? I have a majority of five stars and four stars, and both Eternity and Reggie in terms if six stars.
Tennant applies reality def shred, so eternity, lilya, a knight and centurion seem like good partners to pair with. Unfortunately there are no good 5* or below reality damage dealer to pair with right now, at least if you want to clear the hardest content.

I mean, Im biased, lilya is bae. But realistically she will fall off lategame due to enemies having lots of crit res. So Centurion is the more future-proof investment.
Charlie is very god if you can get him P3, Sotheby will be an integral part of the upcoming poison team and balloon is overall a strong unit, but needs to be built well since her healing scales off missing HP iirc, so u want to kinda keep her low HP, but its hard.
TLDR: Lilya, Liliya and Lilya sound like the perfect team.
(go for centurion + balloon + any support u like and if u aint deep into the lategame, anyone you like does well!)

For my current team i have lilya as a main dps and medicine pocket as my healer, but i heard that tooth fairy is a very meta unit in CN server. in your opinion (or anyone really), should i still invest in medicine pocket if i were to pull on her banner?
Medicine Pocket has a very specific niche - increasing damage against single targets. Alright, not really niche, but that's his thing. Both are healing units, but they also serve different purposes.
Tooth fairy comes in like 1.2 I think so u have so much time to level medicine pocket before she comes
Just build that healer, you need two teams anyway.
Lilya i3, changeling & black dwarf is the most usefull people in CN.
Is med poc, liliya and bkornblume a good team?
Is future banner for melania or pickles a pick-up banner?
Pickles will be a very good Support, but also Melania doesnt need to hide herself as DPS. However, I do not have enough knowledge about Melania to give you a certain conclusion for her. Pickles is a great pickup, but Toothfairy will be an insane healer coming in 1.2; Pick up whoever you like and/or are missing!

Im f2p I have eternity , bkornblume , baloon party , an an lee , who should i build for my main team , or is it okay to build all 4 of them?
Hey there! Those are 4 great units to have! Let me preface this by saying that all 4 are worth building. For now, it is probably best to focus on Eternity first - again, dead units don't deal damage, so having your main DPS highly invested will pay off. Secondly, Eternity will run into survival problems later on in the game, so building a healer should be your next priority: Balloon Party is great for that. An-An-Lee is a great generic support, so you cannot go wrong if you decide to invest in her. Even if you decide to run Bkorn in the end, AAL is very flexible can can easily take the support slot in many teams. Regarding Bkorn, I would personally relegate her to the assist slot for now, however, she is certainly NOT a bad unit and if you like her more than AAL, you can definitely invest into her and use her instead of AAL.

Don't worry, if u stick around, he will be better than lilya and at least centurion level on patch 1.4. He recieves a pretty nutty buff.
I'm at a point where Bkornblume just dies immediately. Not because she has no defense but because she keeps getting targeted while the rest are fine. I don't have a taunt unit so I don't know what to do.
Use a healer on your team, like party baloon, la source or dikke

does reality damage hit good only reality damage enemies?? and mental hit mental? or does mental hit reality, and reality hit mental units??
i dont get it at all, is it even connected somehow? how to even look up what type of damage your enemies are?? and if they have a reality type damage, do i bring reality type damage units or mental ones????? HOW DOES IT CORRELATE??
think of reality as physical damage and mental as magic damage. you can hit everybody with everything (except if they have an immunity).
I just put 2 DPS + 1 subdps/debuff unit and can pretty much clear all dungeon except when it is a little bit trickier to do so.
My team : A Knight, Eternity, Baby Blue.
Baby Blue is underrated, damage taken increase and damage output decrease. Her Ultimate also dish out a lot of damage.
baby blue is it mental demage only ?
@@bimakbr baby blue is mental. Both a Knight and Eternity are Reality damage.
Baby blue is there to debuff def down. But her ulti is not bad because she can inflict nightmares. The unit who has nightmares cant move that turn unless you attack it.
@@LeagleDedyea so wouldn't bkornbloom be better than baby blue for your team, since both a knight and eternity are reality dps? I'm pretty sure even sonetto would be better in that team than babyblue

So I am dumb and used all my stamina to max my wilderness towers for dust and sharpondonty but what's done is done I have completed the story should I now focus on farming to insight 3 my eternity first or upgrade my other characters to insight 2 lvl 50? Plz reply anyone I need help
Maxing your towers was a good idea dont worry lol. i3s are super super expensive, and limbo stages incentivize having multiple units levelled, so id recommend trying to get 4-5 units to i250, before deciding who u want to be your first i3. In my case i raised enternity, bkorne, medicine pocket, sothey and regulus before i3 my enternity

@@lucius2660 an an is nuts, best support in the game rn in my opinion. sotheby is meh healer rn but she synergizes perfectly with the strongest dps in 1.2, so shes worth raising even though other healers are better at pure healing. honestly those three are all you have to raise, eternity built well can solo a ton of limbo, thanks to her tankiness and regen. if you want to build a larger roster for the limbo/abyss/whatever u call the rotating challenge stages, bkone and sonetto are great investments, but enternity sothy an an lee should clear p much all content at i250.
