This is good. I had my tire punctured as I had it parked to pay rent at supermarket money transfer. While in store with bike helmet on. So Officer knew only one bike parked outside. My bicycle repaired again for 18 x 3x this year. After shopping I came out and it was on a flat. God saw you.
When a camera shows the bike riders without helmets, they're sending a bad message that it's cool to get head injuries. The guy should've been wearing a helmet, the cops should've reinforced bike safety, the camera crew should've reminded him to wear a helmet or redo the last shot over again.
That young man shows great potential in his life. He does what he had to to get something done. He will go far in life.
And he will stay physically fit with and or without the bike so that’s good
