I’m happy that you are so healthy and prepared to raise money for cancer!!! I just wish the neuropathy wasn’t a problem with your walking. Just take care of yourself and don’t push yourself to the point you’re in so much pain.😬 Thank you for going for it though and still keeping your plan to continue fighting for yourself and others. If I had been closer, I would have liked to walk along. My husband lost his father and mother to cancer. I think it's quite an achievement that you ran this for this purpose. You are awesome.

Wow Romee. I’m crying so many happy tears for you. My aunt who died of breast cancer fought for over 10 years, she had so much spirit. She told us she’d become a butterfly 🦋 when she passed. Seeing one on your hat at the end made me think you walked for her. The hugs at the end told so much. Sending so much love and healing to you and your family ✨
I am like everyone else, I cried at the end when you were hugging everyone. I am so proud of you and your friends for finishing the race. Everything is so BEAUTIFUL about this video Romee: you 3 strong, beautiful women, the beautiful Netherlands and most of all, that you all did this to raise money not only for a particular hospital, but also for cancer research. Having an incurable cancer myself (Myeloma - bone marrow cancer) and being a dancer and a walker - or at least I WAS before this hit me 3 years ago - I think that this is INCREDIBLE of you all to do.... Thank you, thank you ALL.... Because cancer research in any country will ultimately help everyone who has cancer in whichever part of the world they live. You are brilliant and I've been with you on your 'journey' from the very beginning! With thanks and love from me, in Scotland....!

Romee, I am glad that you did this walk to raise money to try and find cures for all kinds of cancers of all four stages to people of all ages. There should be more effective treatments to try and treat this disease even at stage 4, so nobody at any age should die of this disease anymore in the future.

I make a monthly donation for cancer research. Lost my dad to it. My mother is 7 years in remission. There nothing I want more than world without cancer. Short of that I want more cancers to be highly treatable and have more people get cured of their cancer. Way to go Romee in your effort for cancer research.

I have been following your journey and it's truly amazing what you were able to overcome. I kept thinking of how unfair it is that good people that have so much to give to the world get cancer. I hope you never have to deal with this serious illness again.
Bravo, Romee. Bravo. Well done. Now, soak those feet in a hot Epsom salt bath. Been there done that. My daughter and I walked a three-day, 60 mile walk for breast cancer many years ago. All in all, it was about 65 miles. When we were in camp at night, we had to walk to meals, walk to bathrooms, walk to showers. Even when my daughter had blisters on her feet that became infected and she had to go to med tent, it was a long way to walk. The victory and the agony were felt for you watching this. Your momma hugging and kissing on you was the best.
Romee, have to admit I broke down crying as you guys came around the corner! woot you did it!!! I lost my mom, dad, and all my family to cancer and have already had pre-cancerous cells removed myslef - but thank God I did not have C. This is a cause so close to my heart, and I am so happy for you and excited that you did it!! Very encouraging and motivating to others!~ Keep striving and now rest and enjoy the feelings

Cried through your whole video today Romee. Was in the hospital for something else last week when they discovered I had cancer. Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma to be exact that had already spread through both lungs, my liver, and spleen. Chemo starts Wednesday. Having watched your journey here on TH-cam has me feeling both more prepared for what’s coming and more hopeful. Thank you so much for having shared your journey, right now it means the world.
