I am a landlord and purchased a few Eco Flush toilets a few years ago. Unfortunately within 3-4 years, these toilets started breaking down, so much for trying to reduce the use of water in my rentals. The company gave a 10 year warranty for parts but not labor. The toilets are easy to fix and ECO Flush honored their warranty for the couple years.....Well today they have decided that they will not honor their warranty and they basically told me to F*** Off, I can buy the parts. I just got off the phone with Naber, not sure if this is his real name as he thought it was funny when I asked for his name, and I explained to him my issue with another broken toilet. He said that if the product was not registered then they will not honor the warranty even though they have never said anything about about me registering the product in the past, yea I have probably fixed each one of my 5 ECO Flush Toilets 2 or 3 times each...Pretty sad but I became an expert in fixing these garbage toilets. I find it funny they will not honor their warranty even though the serial number includes the date when the product was manufactured, but this is a typical poorly ran company trying to skimp on their promise. I have not received such horrible customer service. It is clear to me that this company does not care for their customers and this clown, Naber, has no business doing customer service. BTW, it also took me 3 days trying to get ahold of ECO Flush, and when I did, they basically told to piss off. I would not buy anything from this company as they clearly do not honor their FULL warranty and are not in anyway professional don't waste you time.
