I was in a toxic relationship for a year. I wanted to get out but finally he let me go, however, he hasn't stopped reaching out. I finally cut the cord and detached myself emotionally from him and happy by myself. He didn't like that. He's been blocking and unblocking me for the past few weeks and at this point it doesn't bother me anymore and when he called, he'd try to devalue or say mean things but again, at this point, I'm through it and doesn't bother me anymore. When you know who they really are, leave it at that and give no reaction. They hate that
I think it depends on the person. I have bpd & I block then unblock bc at the time I’m overwhelmed or hurt or anxious & need space. Then I feel bad bc I think I overreacted & then I miss you. It’s not always a malicious thing.
Sometimes people spread misinformation through narcissistic awareness channels. Thus making it seem like everyone else is a narcissist in this world lol 😂.
@@devikrishna.s.r7570 soooo much misinformation. I used to believe it & didn’t realize it was misinformation. Glad I can see a lot of it for what it is now. Lots of people speaking out of pain or just regurgitating things they’ve heard online or what they think is true.
I do that too sometimes when I feel extremely triggered by a person because I am heavily traumatized. It's normal, it can happen sometimes. Don't take it personally that's it. Maybe they are either feeling overwhelmed or triggered by you is the ultimate reason behind it. Don't judge a person without hearing their side of the story. Don't blatantly think that they are a narcissist. Jumping to conclusions soon can lead you nowhere.

Narcissists feel plenty of emotion. They feel sorry for their selves. They just don’t feel empathy, compassion, or remorse.
My narcissistic ex blocked then unblocked me in an hour after dumping me. Do what I did, block them this time 😉
