Nikki, I just wanted to say thank you. Out of the hundreds of videos I have watched for weight loss, one of your videos has helped me make this mimdset in my mind stick. When you said you rewarded yourself for being consistent. I have been consistent every day for what is important to me. My non negotiables are working out at least 30 minutes every day even if it is walking. I have also finally started jumping rope as it has been what I wanted to try and do but never thought I could. You also mentioned how you rollerblade and it was something fun. I will be doing that as well. I also eat healthy and mindfully every day. If I really want a snack I have it but in koderation and truly enjoy every bite instead of eating quickly and eat more than I need. You have inspired me and have helped me. I am a new subscriber as of 2 weeks ago. Happy for you and all the other men and women who have finally made the decision to consistently show up for themselves every day.

I have your cookbook on my Amazon wish list, and when my daughter-in-law asked for gift ideas, I told her my list is updated and the thin I want most is your cookbook. I don’t even have the first one yet, and I’m already excited that you’re working on another one! Oh, and I love Adam’s faithfulness is “demonstrating” the like in every video! 😊
New to WW and have absolutely been loving your videos AND your gorgeous cookies! What mat were you using to roll out your cookies in this video? It almost looked like it had a raised edge so that the dough stayed uniformly thick when rolling, or am I nuts?
Thank you! I loved this day of meals and think I'll try it. I have some food allergies (wheat/sunflower) but I can probably do some creative subbing of ingredients. Do you think you could be allergic to wheat, Nikki?
I have found that I struggle literally every day to stay within my points. I go to the gym about 4x a week and I’m always super hungry and 23 pts just isn’t enough. I have digestion issues so a lot of fruits aren’t an option for me. Suggestions?
Load up on veggies and be sure to eat your weeklies, I disperse them throughout the week which gives me more than 23 dailies. Also when super hungry I go for the fat free yogurt or cottage cheese- zero points and super filling! :)
I struggle with this too, but I’m slowly learning how to stay satisfied/full. I go heavy on protein for sure. I try to stay away from too much of the processed foods/snacks & stick to as much whole & zero point foods as I can, using points for things like some cheese or butter because fat helps me feel satiated. Also they just increased the zero foods list, so we’ll have some more options to rely on. Get creative with things-zero point Palmini “pasta” or spaghetti squash as pasta alternatives, then make your own marinara out of zero point tomato sauce herbs/spices & add your zero point meat & you can get a HUGE meal for zero points.

I think it is just a treadmill without handles that goes under a standing desk.
