Thanks for your video, i have just started playing cricket after almost 5 years and i have problem with my left knee, its always sore after the bowling. I never had this issue before, My left (as a right handed) gets sore for 3 to 4 days after the net practice and then it gets better. I have noticed that when i land during the release then my knee collapse which leads to sore knee. Is there any drill i can perform to get stronger knees and also are there any drills where i can do some practice to LOCK the knee during landing. I do not get sore knee when i go run or cycling :)
