I was waiting for him to do that! I swear dramatic turns in movies and shows are something I just can't help but notice. Some shows have absolutely put me off because of this.

Yes I was in Israel, but I flew from there to Cyprus a few days ago. I've heard about both of those places in Egypt though, they sound nice. I'm trying to figure out where to go next after here, open to the possibilities but haven't decided yet. Probably not Egypt, since I just spent a lot of time in the Middle East.

During the whole " a very long pregnant pause," i could only think if the dude didn't end up saying "Run it!" I'd be so freaking mad...

I was thinking the whole time, that no real life editor has THAT much authority. In the time it took him to flounder around making a decision, someone in the room would have slipped out to run the story anyway. The news waits for no one, after all.

Not that any editor-in-chief tends to act like that, but even if there's (c'mon!) - only a career-suicidal journey would go ahead to publish the story in her/his/their publication BEFORE getting the greenlight.

leadspot of course you do, it actually showed journalism rather than waxing poetically about the nature of journalism without understanding how it works or the process the post would have to go through to verify the documents. Spotlight and Ron Howard’s The Paper are far and away the best journalism movies.
