Your the first Ive seen do a product review on this.. I see it every morning at work when they are prepping pico, and salsa. YOUR DOING GREAT... YOUR POSTING REGULARLY, AWESOME JOB
Thank you so much for viewing that slicer . I also have worked at Ruby Tuesdays I started on the line and ended up a manager . I loved working in the prep area the slicer made life so much easier.
I need this in my life!!!! This is so cool…looks so much easier to use, and it’s not a cheap, flimsy piece of plastic. Looks like it will last a long time, and does it’s job extremely well!! We got a beautiful Madonlin for a wedding gift, and those are pricey (thanks to who gave it! I was nearly 20 yrs ago, so I forget, sorry!) and while up front the cost was high, and I know not everyone can make that investment (we certainly wouldn’t be right now) but slicing anything is absolutely amazing…but it doesn’t dice like this! Heading to the website! Thanks Carolina!!! This will make so many things so much easier!
I looked at the website and found the chopper. It is actually a really reasonable price. Considering you thought outside the box and decided to try chopping meat we all now know it can be done! Imagine the time it would take to put together a stew with this since it can do it all basically!
Was just thinking! How much fun it would be to can salsa & having that to dice up the produce to put in it . Oh wow your channel is amazing I can't wait to see you do more of your canning . I love watching Carolina !! I use to work in restaurant & cut fries in one like it & it made the job so easy & fast !
That brings back memories. My only dislike was having to clean the machine after each session of chopping. Did this one clean easy? Might just have to go put it on my Christmas list!!
I love my chopper too...I really like it when making soups/stews/salads My husband is an engineer and designs kitchens for restaurants/hospitals/hotels/schools so I truly understand the need for quality vs quantity in the kitchen...☝🏻when I am in doubt I will get something similar, sometimes plastic/cheap knowing it's not going to be in my kitchen for long which helps keep the kitchen decluttered and in true restaurant fashion service for 12-15 is always basic for me😉👍🏻
Hi Carolina I don't know it seems a little big and awkward where are you going ton store it ? Although it seems to do the the job me myself would not have the space for it particularly when there are other units out there that are more compact.
the smaller units especially the plastic hinged units like the $30 ones on TV can not get the leverage that these bigger units have - I have broken several of the plastic ones trying to doce tomatoes and onions
I think it's because I had it on a sheet pan! It has suction feet to be able to stick to a counter really well. I should have hit on that more. Thanks for pointing that out!
As for cubing meat, when I want to slice it thin for fajitas or such i take the meat and put it in the freezer, or if it's already frozen let it thaw, till it gets to that stage that's in between raw and frozen, the point where both the meat, fat, and any other tissue is firm but not ice cube solid, kind of semi solid. Anyway, you will know because it is firm, holds it's shape and is easy to slice thin. At that point I could see it being sliced into quarter inch slices and then chopped easily. The firmness should be that of an apple or potato or such at that point. Anything you can get to a apple/potato texture you should be able to slice and dice. I am going to try it after I get one of these slicers. Nice Video. Thank You...
I want one of those dicers. How convenient. And it's not made of plastic, so it will last a long time. Diced ham for salads would be great. You can roll that all up in a tortilla with cheese.
this is the one we own awesome product so far, but changing the blades are a hassle, worth the money though hope you love it as mush as we do enjoy your new toy
You really need this with all the food prep you do. It’ll help greatly when you are preserving food. It looks heavy duty and can take a strong arm 💪🏼. Some of the plastic ones are difficult to get the food product through. I remember the heavy duty tomato slicer back in my Burger King days. 😮
Have you cubed tomatoes with that? It would super cool to have over a big bowl and just chop chop chop tomatoes. The slicer for the tomatoes would be super great too. I have always wanted one of those too! Great video!
Hello from Oregon, This wasn't the day to open can food. What's going on with our can's? We tryed the electric can opener we tryed the hand one. We had the most hardest time in different one's. Is there new one's we don't know about?
Hey mama, do you have a link for your egg shelf on the counter. Been looking for something that looks cute and will hold our fresh eggs from our chickie boos.
Probably a dumb question but will this device cut all fruits? even ones not mentioned by vevor such as pears peaches plums or even soft fruits like strawberries
No, this one is way better! I just removed that other comment since it wasn't about this dicer! This one probably won't break your hand! I'm sorry that happens..sounds like that really hurt!!
@@mamabairds I have one like you got from Temu. Makes chopping time go so fast. But I saw one being used while eating out years ago. Now, thanks to you, I know where to find one.
Be careful running non normal stuff like meat through it - I once forced a firm mango through mine and I broke one of the blades - turns out the replacement blades for mine cost more than the whole vevor unit
Do not purchase this machine. It doesn't cut evenly and not as advertised. The company is giving me the run a round, horrible service, scammy feeling. Requested photos of issues, sent them, still asking for more info. Just wasting my time. Trying to wear me out so I'll give up on getting my money back. Not!

Apple's will go pretty fast with the wedger
Nice dicer you are going to have fun with that. Thanks for the demo.

Thank you so much! I use to use one to make pico and such at work too! I'm excited to have one of my own!
With the meat, maybe it’ll be easier to dice it if it’s partially frozen?
Oh that's a great idea!
Also partly freeze fruit , vegs for canning too.
@@mamabairds Could do that with your bacon! Make it similar to pancetta...
Looks great, would be great for any soup prep too
It really would! Help everything cook at the same time and looks classy! Thanks!

Ty for the demo for the chopper! You will really enjoy having that!
So excited you are getting to do more reviews!! Keep up the great work :)

Iove your lives! I need this! Going to check it out now
Thank you! Did the link work to the dicer? It wouldn't come up on my end...making sure it's not the link and just my computer

yes it's really easy! I always have a toothpick handy to get the corners and in the grooves! Works like a charm!!

Oh man, that reminds me of when I worked in Fuddruckers, it was actually fun to cut potatoes in it. One push and suddenly fries!

Put a wet cloth underneath the machine it'll hold it in place
Oh good idea! I should have thought of that!
Love the chopper. You could freeze some veggies before they go bad.
Great idea!
Hey mama, do you have a link for your egg shelf on the counter. Been looking for something that looks cute and will hold our fresh eggs from our chickie boos.
It's in my temu haul video!
Will this make apple wedges or potato wedges?
Both!
How do you change the blades that’s what people need to see
That's a great idea! I can do a short video on just that!
Ok so curious please. So to do fries you would use a whole potato etc but to dice you cut slices first?
I'll try it with the whole potato first. That is what gets you the long fries! I'm sure it would work!
Cut the potato the width of the cutter, place into machine, slice into fries then place fries back on cutter and dice into cubes...
What's great about the same uniform size it cooks all at the same time.
Agreed!
Probably a dumb question but will this device cut all fruits? even ones not mentioned by vevor such as pears peaches plums or even soft fruits like strawberries
Yes it'll cut all fruits as well! It does better with firmer fruits than mushy ones. Pears might be questionable in it.
Thank you for replying. Does it come already assembled out of the box or does it have to be put together.
What is the purple thing you had on your pan handle
It's a pan holder for cast iron!
