Try this… par boil them with white vinegar in the water… it will change the PH balance causing the potatoes to fry much crispier weather in traditional deep fry oil or in the air fryer coated lightly with oil… Try it. I was blown away at how much crispier they got in the air fryer specifically…but i also use the same technique with deep frying. Back in the day we had to “Blanch” the fry’s in low temp oil then cool then down, refrigerate over night and then fry them to order with oil at 350. Anyway, I blanch in water with vinegar and dry them well… enjoy and I really enjoy all of your content.
Thanks for watching Phillip! That is an interesting technique. We put them in the microwave to soften up and the air fried with a light coat of oil. Works pretty well. Appreciate your feedback and support. Thanks
@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ She says she did & still can't figure it out & I'm a state away so I can't help. I've followed directions on many things I've put together & was still stumped. I still needed to get help. So not everyone can always understand some of these directions.
Let's get real. I can't make ff at home that are palatable plus it's to much trouble. I'm going to Culver's to get some good frys that are hot and cooked to order. I'll pay the price.

Thanks for Watching! Enjoy!
I have a horizontal one I like, this one looks like it can go through sweet potatoes easier than mine though.
Thanks for Watching Darin! Works very well!
having a hard time getting the apple blade to align with the screw holes and the blade. I wish you showed installing it.
I wish that someone would actually show how to place & change the different blades. Ordered one for my daughter & she can't figure it out.
Thanks for Watching! Wow, follow the directions

Thanks for watching PaPa!
I have a cheap plastic one that works horizontal and it's awesome. So I know this one is great.
Thanks for Watching!
I have one that cuts 7 wedges in apples or potatoes. Does this one also make wedges?
