Hawaiian Punch Slush Factory Toy Maker Set - Does It Really Work?

- Today I put this Hawaiian Punch Slush Factory and I was so close to saying this was a fail, but with a change of sugar, it worked great. Hmmm. What item did I lose a long time ago that I'm still trying to find? I noticed later it was 10 minutes before I even really got started making a slush! I do go slow, take my time and unbox it like you were really there with me at the table. Then I read an re-read everything I do, and many times I talk it out load so that I do not make a mistake. Once I finally got started, it was really frustrating and hard to do. I worked up a sweat! Once I changed to the sugar ice, it worked great and in no time I was making a real slushy. Shout out to Larry Bundy JR for mentioning the sugar in the ice, that is the best way to make a slushy! Overall this made a great slushy that would be fun for any kids party or just for a quick treat. As long as you have plenty of ice blocks ready to go.

if you use this one again try using two blocks of ice they will fit in more snugly and create more pressure on the spring so you work less

i used to watch this when i was like 8 after my house burnt down and i loved it and i remembered it now and i am 13
I have an electric ice shaver at home and it uses ice from a mold like this. After a while when it doesn't want to keep shaving the ice, I take the ice and flip it over and it keeps shaving it. I think you could use Kool-aid with this machine.
Turtle porpoise. I remember your favourite cutting tool (I’m pretty sure it was a letter opener, wasnt it?) that you used to always use and lost. Comically enough, right before you mentioned it in this video, I was wondering if you ever found it. 😂
I'm still looking. The problem is I have 100's potential items it could be in. Last year I donated 100's of items and I looked through each box to make sure it was not in there. :) Just for a letter opener.

If I remember correctly the lost item is a letter opener but I don't really remember much more than that.
I think it’s slow to grind and crush ice so it can keep the kid engaged for as long as possible..that must be the logic..before you get enough for a full serving..the shredded ice is mushy and almost melted
The tool was a pair of scissors with a pink handle and it had a pointy end

random question.. what brand/type of measuring cup was that you used to pour out the water for your ice blocks.. it's a interesting design i never seen with a pour spout on the bottom
That is a gravy separator measuring cup. It allows the oil to remain in the measuring cup. The company was Arrow Plastics. I found this one at an estate sale. I like using it because with the pour spout I can be more accurate with little cups :)
i wasn't aware that was a thing but it's a very cool i recently got a bunch of old kitchen utensils form my grandparents so i'll have see if they happen have one.. i often like the feel and quality of older kitchen tools cause they just over all feel much better made and genuinely last forever compared to lot of the newer stuff sold in stores

How to make a slushy easier than this: fill a blender with ice, sugar, and any liquid you want. Blend until slush. There you go, easy 4 minute slushies, no 'flavor packets' needed.
