  • In this episode I do some bank fishing at Clopper lake for multi-species of fish. I walk the entire 3.7 mile trail around the lake and catch bass, perch and panfish along the way. I use my light spinning rod and my fly rod to catch all the micro species in the lake. Make sure to Subscribe for more MD fishing content.

      Thank you I appreciate your support! That lake always has a lot of wildlife! I saw some white tail deer too but they ran Beto could get close enough to film them!

    Micro fluke and treble spinnerbait are two of my favorite lures. Good to see they still work this time of the year. 👍

    Solid video. I'll have to check out Clopper one of these days. I typically fish Needwood or Frank or maybe Rock Creek.

      Yeah I suppose it is a little strange, last year the lake was closed for boating because of an algae bloom. Maybe that has something to do with it. It’s a nice little lake though.

    Do you fish these weightless or with a worm weight?

    • @Jonalexxx
      @Jonalexxx  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The flukes? Definitely weightless. You’re gonna need either 4lb or 6lb line to get good casting distance. Anything heavier and you won’t get much casting distance.

    • @GRILLBUOY101
      @GRILLBUOY101 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      i say i get bit 4 to 1 without a weight.weighfs are good on really windy days.
