Some people with ADHD have a natural proclivity towards certain subjects, and can hyperfocus on those subjects, but most things are difficult to assemble from the ground up. An example would be turning an IKEA couch into a fuzzy coffee table because they get bored following instructions.

How come when I go to change chords when I lift my fingers off the strings it plays the note of the string
The G chord is always a tricking one for me. Just keep muting everything.
Try not muting your strings the next time playing the G chord, works every time!
