Um, FlandresOldWorld? "Ningyou no Mori" actually translates into "Forest Mermaid", so... Presuming that you were trying to say "Forest of Magic", the correct words would be "Mahō no Mori". At least, this is what I got off of Google Translate, anyway...
It's funny when this happens. Actually ningyo in this case is the word for doll (人形). Mermaid is 人魚(human fish). The title is unmistakable in the Japanese. 人形の森 (Forest of human figure = Forest of Dolls).
Oops. My bad. I need to remember to write those words in correctly. And it would be nice if I actually had anything better for the sake of translating that sort of stuff...
