Good bag well briefed in this clip, as a active international Airline pilot it severs me well however, the first bag had been sitting in a warehouse ( dry rotting) and within 3 months of using it started coming apart.... their customer service was outstanding... they send me a new bag and acknowledged the issue without hesitation ... into year 2 the main compartment zip was failing... they where understanding and have a know fix... but the truth is that zip is undersized for for active use.... I talked to them but nothing.... I’ve change several zips on my own... overall , it’s a well thought out bag but the cheaper zippers are a short fall of the design...
too bad it doesnt come as trolley bags..those Jepp folders n QRH.can get darn heavy for old bird like me....my creaking joints.. hope they will come up wz trolley bag soon...
