    Menopause is messing me up. I am getting this sometimes. I was good with it and came with anxiety. Now i feel upset. My kids have it too. I was a olympic lucid dreamer, lately it isn't fun. I need to work on anxiety.

      It's different for different people - the more scared/hyperaroused you are, the more likely they are to continue, so have another listen to the video and reassure yourself - they can feel scary but they aren't dangerous and you can help yourself through them

      @@tracythesleepcoach I don't.get them anymore thanks to you last time I get it I just remind myself that I'm safe I'm not gonna hurt and since then I never face sleep paralysis anymore and I'm not scared anymore thanks again ♥️
