Grandma made the best pepper prawn when I was a kid. I’ve been recreating this dish with love and memories of my late grandmother. She didn’t use butter, but I like mine with just a bit of butter.

I'll have to give this recipe a try when I get the chance. I learned a fast new tip to de-vein the prawns 🦐 quick and easy without having to cut the tail meat.👍🏽

My husband complained that it wasn’t saucy enough. Next time, i’ll have to make them more liquidy(not an actual word 😛) and saucy. My daughter loves this dish more than me. We love them with rice.

​​@@SreyDaLeajinI can see why your husband wants more sauce. Once you peel the prawn 🦐 shells, you're left without much sauce since, the remainder of the sauce is already coated on the shells. That's great your daughter loves this dish.👍🏽
