If u add unsweetened condensed milk after sauté the garlic and add the rest as usual u will get buttermilk prawn/shrimp, very delicious 🤤Famous dish in Malaysia 😊 idk where the origin of the recipe is but I'm just sharing. Enjoy 😘🌼
Are you not suppose to clean that black line out the shrimp first that's nasty. You're cooking the waste with the shrimp. I didn't see her cut the back to take out the waste line. Looks good but I don't think so.
I may try this. Looks delicious. But if I do it, I’ll peel my shrimp and devein them first.
