Sabrina de Sousa right!!! She really is! I learn something every episode, she had the best advice and she always says something that I can apply to my life and use it to improve things in my life! This one here, of choosing each day to be happy and not letting things bothering you is a day by day decision has helped me in sooo many ways!! The other gem 💎 I use of the lovely Judge Lynn is when you feel yourself going to a place you don’t want or feel that your anger or whatever feeling get the best of you to throw you hands up & surrender! She says to use that if you’re arguing with you special someone and it’s a perfect way to draw back and stop things from escalating in that moment & recognizing where they’re coming from!! My God!! The amount of wisdom & strength this one woman possess NEVER cease to amaze me!! Truly one of my biggest role model next to Jesus!! He’s the MAN and the #1 being I strive to be more like 🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I love her, I had NO idea she battled with depression and is an introvert. If she can do it I can do it 💜🔑

@@saintsyoun The main audience of JT's show are Americans, hence the flag in her courtroom. Nothing in my comment suggested that she is not of African descent. Please relax.

I didn’t think that I could admire Judge Toler more than I already did, but she was amazing here and so, so right here. Life’s gonna happen, no matter what you do. Like she says, only you can control how you react. Road rage could decrease drastically if the “slighted” one would just say, everybody makes mistakes, rather than having to run him down.
When you choose happiness, happiness comes to you.

Half you women need to listen and the other half is the black community. Men some of you just need some act right in your life. Black people don't think they need the therapist and just pray but don't understand that that's what God made them to be here for.
